Brickhunter Ltd Avis

great service, provided good advice and very responsive

The whole process was very smooth, from ordering through to delivery. The quality of the bricks is great and they were really friendly and helpful. I would fully recommend them.

I searched for some bricks to match for a build, I found some similar but they were about £2 a brick so it wasn’t an option.
Chris H found me some near identical bricks that matched a treat. They were only 50p a brick too!! Absolute bargain, the service was smooth and flawless, the haulage company were brilliant too!!
Highly recommend!

Excellent professional service extremely efficient ordered bricks and delivered same week - fantastic thank you !

Fantastic communication. Well packed pallet. Driver was really helpful placing the bricks exactly where I wanted them.

Brilliant identification of bricks to patch into a house wall following a boiler change and relocation. No fuss, just identification of possibilities from photos, purchased and picked up from a local(ISH) yard. Much better than having a contacting company fit any old bricks they can get from local outlets, which are not easy in the eye, nor value adding to the property. Thanks Brickhunter!

From placing order nice follow up call. Delivery as promised

Great experience to helping me establish the make of brick used on my home. This was to enable the firm that is doing work on my house to order that particular make to match rest of house.

Very good price
Great customer service
Just a shame they don’t have better equipment to put on your driveway and not have to leave on the pathway

Horrible experience. I had my builders waiting on site for 2 days. The delivery didn’t arrive as promised which would be fine if there would be any information from the company. When I called asking what is going on only then I learned that delivery will not arrive. Next day delivery promised time did not happen as well. I tried calling few times nobody picked up. I left voicemail and nobody returned the call. In the end they delivered the bricks in the afternoon and I ended up paying builders for an extra day of waiting.

great experience. from the begining to end great commuication trail that helped us to pre plan work the parking space etc.

We have a very old imperial brick to match. We had been to many places but the best match came from Brickhunter.
Really happy with the service.

Michael was excellent , sorted everything no mither

Great communication. Pleasant to deal with. Excellent value.

bricks where delivered the day we asked for them very good service

The website was nice and clear and the person I spoke to at company was very helpful with my query. The 15 bricks arrived very quickly. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was the delivery cost for such a small order which was around 4 times the cost of the bricks themselves.

Brick hunter was the only supplier having in stock specific bricks we need for a good price compared to others. The delivery was really quick. Bricks came with good condition.
Barry was really nice and helpful.

Martin was brilliant. Super helpful. Explained timeline for delivery clearly and was honest and upfront. Helped find some hard to source bricks, where I had been let down by others who advertised availability but didn't have anything

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff who immediately found a solution to my needs and provided it with flexibility and a smile. Thoroughly recommend.

Fast efficient service. Four samples received within five days. Delivered on the requested day. Superb.
