Brick The WorldAvis 

Purchased expensive lego set from Vonado.com. Charge on my Paypal says the company name is "Brick The World."

Never received a confirmation email nor tracking info.

If I didn't take a screenshot of my order confirmation number, I wouldn't even know the website name.

Went to website to try to find my order info. But Vonado.com was not a working website for the last few days.

Suddenly now the website is up and running, but there is no way to track the order.

I put in a dispute with Paypal.

I placed a order back in June for a full set of appliances(so we could have them in advance, we had heard so many stories and terrible wait times). I have since received 2 follow up calls advising me that my order was completed and everything was in the distribution center in Halifax. In the beginning, we advised our sales associate Adam, we needed them by the end of September - early October. So, I received a call on Friday past, telling me my range was not ready yet and wouldn't be ready until end of October - and this was not guaranteed. I asked questions as to why, because they advised me in previous calls that it was in Halifax and it was secured on our order, and we would have it when we needed it. Adam suggested that another sales associate went into our order and changed the date of delivery that we needed our appliances for. He then went on to tell me that somebody from The Brick went into our order and took the stove that WE needed, and gave it to another customer as they may have needed it sooner then what we did. After going back and forth, I told him this was not okay and I was furious, as we have the appliances paid for in full and now we are moving into our new home without a range. (This is theft, this is not acceptable)
I then spoke to the manager Brian, who told me there was nothing he could do only for us to settle and take a floor model or wait until our range came in.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying anything off this company. I read the reviews before purchasing and I still put my faith into this company, as it is our first time purchasing and decided we would give them a chance.

Shopping with Bricks is always cost effective and worth, specially their sale associate Devin helped us a lot, he is knowledgeable and polite, I'll strongly recommend everyone to consider his services for any shopping from the Bricks Store.

Ordered one of the discontinued Jurassic World Lego sets. Happy to get one for my grandson but despite 'free' delivery it was still 20-25% more than retail price. However, the service was good, the product well packed and received promptly.

My grandson is a lego fanatic and requested this for Christmas.
I have had a problem getting this particular model so was really pleased to find on the Brick the World website.
Ordering and delivery were excellent but was very surprised at how small the box was when it arrived. For the money I was expecting a larger box.
However, I am sure my grandson will be happy on Christmas Day.

Was hesitant about ordering at first, as I rarely shop online and when I do, it's usually Amazon.

But this was the only site that had the set I wanted for a good price, so I done it.

I do not regret it one bit, ordered on a Friday and received it on Tuesday morning. The box was in perfect condition!

Will be using this site again.
