I’ve used BTS for a few years now on multiple research projects. They’re a secure service for research data; communication is always very prompt; prices competitive; and transfer of aduits and transcripts through their website is very convenient. Transcripts are always on time and of very high quality – even for more difficult recordings of groups with multiple speakers or bit more technical language. They are great to work with and I highly recommend them, especially to other academics.

The transcriptions were delivered on time. The work is accurate and organised. I think for the speed and quality of service, it is value for money.

Transcription quality for both 1:1 interviews and group discussions is usually high, though occasionally drops. Good price, and Sandra is very responsive to queries and comments. Invoicing process has been a bit inconsistent at times. Overall, though, we are very happy with the service and would recommend.
