I always have a great experience with the British Shop. I'm always provided with a tracking number. The package is always packed securely, so that it arrives in good condition.

The product is great
The product is great, but service could be better.
It took about 2 weeks or more to actually ship the product.
About the time I thought the shipment should be here, I got an email stating, the shipment has just been sent.
This was a little disappointing.

Ordered from US. Price is much better than similar product here. Different Brand but same ingredients.
Shipping time from UK was very reasonable also free with certain amount ordered.Product comes in blister packs keeping them fresh, I ordered multiple boxes
as with just about everything else price are always going up.

Fast, reliable, good quality
Considering that this product came from The UK, it arrived in a timely fashion with no hassles. At first I didn’t receive my tracking number for a few days, but I got an email from the company providing this information later on. So, the only thing I’ll advise is to state to the customer that it’ll take 3-5 days to receive the tracking number, because I didn’t know what was going on. Or rather, to explain how the tracking system works. The number that popped up initially wasn’t working etc., so some clarity on this would be appreciated. Other than this, I’ll be ordering from you again. I even recommended my sister to use your company.
