Im not sure if the filter is any good. It still hasn't come in. I spoke with someone slowly via email who after a week confirmed it was never sent. Its been 2 more and still no confirmation on the replacement. Sam harry is the shipper and if it were my product I would be considering competitors. Also weeks of voicemails and emails have gone without response.

I ordered four 7* candle size fluoride water replacement filters. They did not come with washers. This does not work. The water runs down through the berkey unit in minutes. I need four washers specifically for the Doulton Water Replacement 7 inch fluoride water filters.

You don't answer your phones, you do not reply via chat. Have been waiting for 25 minutes to get some help. The Doulton filter replacements, I purchased through another vendor came with no washers. I am stuck and out over $280.00 for filters that are unusable. Is this the impression you want to create with a first time user of Doulton products? What does it take to get some help?

First message in this thread, that I wrote was at 12:47 pm. The message previous to this message was written at 1:13 pm.

It is now 2:00 pm and still no response from your company. Have spent over an hour trying to get a response from your chat line, in addition to directly phoning your company many times, only to receive a pre recorded message. Guess I will be posting this thread on social media, so other consumers can be made aware of the lack of service provided by your company, and that your company appears to be fraudulent.

Tried chatting with them online to verify if a legit company. Asked where their company was located and it’s name via the chat tool (which wanted my phone #) and only answered that they shipped from Atlanta, when I asked if their company was registered in GA they hung up on the chat and stopped it. May question is: If this company is trustworthy why are they hiding who they are? They gave me a phone # of the supposed parent company which was a +44 country location of United Kingdom and advised me to call them to verify them. #1 that would be an expensive call #2 I couldn’t verify that at this time anyway as it it 9:00 p.m. there. #3. I can’t reverse look up a # in UK too easily. I will choose not to do business with this company until they provide more transparency into what company they are if indeed they are a legit company and not a scam. There must be something wrong with them if they can’t even give a company name or location out. There is not any info I could find online to verify this company is trustworthy. A couple of scam sites gave them a low rating.
