Great quality products for very competitive prices. I have all of the Star wars helmet cases and they're fantastic.
Only ever had 1 issue with the quality a while back and the support staff sent a replacement panel out immediately.
there is sometimes a delay between ordering and receiving your product as quality takes time, one thing that stands out with BrixBox is their transparency of updating you when there are delays in their production or packaging.

UCS AT-AT Case
I recently purchased the Brixbox display case for the LEGO Star Wars UCS AT‑AT, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is absolutely outstanding — the acrylic panels are crystal clear, solid, and feel genuinely premium. The setup was surprisingly easy too. All the pieces fit together cleanly, and the instructions were straightforward. It only took a short time to build, and the end result is incredibly sturdy.
I’ve added a few extra elements into my display, and the case handles the extra scene beautifully. It really elevates the whole setup. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to protect their UCS AT‑AT and give it a display worthy of its size and detail.

Hier wird absichtlich mögliche Zollgebühren kleingedruckt!
Vorsicht ist geboten. Hier sollte man dringend das Kleingedruckte lesen. Denn wenn man die sehr hohe Zollgebühr ablehnt geht das Paket zurück an den Hersteller. Dieser berechnet dem Kunden dann den Hin- und Rückversand welcher automatisch vom Erstattungsbetrag abgezogen wird.
Besser Finger weg!!!

We’d like to clarify that import duties and customs charges are determined and collected by your local customs authorities, and unfortunately they are outside of our control.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. However, we do our best to keep our shipping rates as low as possible to help offset overall costs for our customers.
We clearly outline this information at the time of purchase and encourage all customers to review the delivery information page before placing an order. This section is highlighted to ensure it stands out prior to checkout and is not hidden in small print.
If a parcel is refused due to customs fees and returned to us, the carrier still charges us for the return shipping. As these costs are not the result of an error on our part, we’re unfortunately unable to absorb the return fees.

Lego Gameboy - AWESOME
Received my Lego Gameboy case this week and it is fabulous.
I ordered on the 9th Dec and due to Christmas, the team taking holidays and because these products are bespoke there was a bit of backlog so it took longer than I expected to arrive but I messaged Brixbox via Instagram and they explained the reasons and that put my mind at ease.
Once it arrived it was simple to put together, clear instructions, really well packaged and it looks AWESOME!
I’d purchase again for future Lego sets I purchase that need a case (can you bring out a case for the Polaroid camera please team 😅)
Overall, a great company, producing great products and great customer service, thank you!

Quick Delivery & Great QualiyQualiy
Came quicker then the other cases I have ordered from other companies. Great quality product and east to assemble. The only downside is I would have preferred to screw the case to the base

Great product
Brixbox is the only display cases I use for my lego star wars collection as the product is really great and wonderful made and easy to put together and is always well protected and packed and a big plus is the U.V printed back grounds are the best i have found 5 stars all round thanks so much

Faulty product and poor service
Holes for support studs were cut to small took hours to insert 2 studs. They also didn’t align with Lego set 1-2mm off. Holes on the corners also didn’t align properly making the whole thing a nightmare to assemble an impossible on the support studs.
Contacted customer service provided them with lots of information and photos of the issues. They blamed it on my Lego set saying it must be off and their stuff is lazier cut to specs and stopped replying to my emails. Terrible service and product especially at £100 you would expect the same service and quality of Lego it’s self.

I ordered the display case for R-2D2 and C-3PO with the Tatooine backing and ground scene. It’s a well made product, easy to put together and is a perfect way of displaying the Lego models. Highly recommended.

Brixbox is my Lego's new friend
First of all, I am from the States and have purchased display cases from other competitors that took so long I had forgotten what I ordered. Second, the quality and customizable options make Brixbox my new go to for all my future builds; the Lego pieces just seem to come to life in these cases. I am extremely delighted that quality doesn't mean I have to take out a loan as the prices for Brixbox cases are a better value than any other business; shipping to a different continent included. For all you Lego enthusiast give Brixbox a glance before you pay too much and have to wait forever.
