What an excellent well made product. Great communication from BRIXBOX. Superb product both design and build. So many use cases you could expand into for these. I am sure I will be back again to purchase. Thanks for what will be a great Christmas present.

I am very pleased with the whole experience with Brixbox, there is just 1 flaw they are shipping via UPS wich i had tons of problems with. So lets begin from the start. I ordered the Rivendell Display case from Brixbox, as it arrived in my Country UPS hold the package hostage for 3 whole weeks until they finally delivered it. In these 3 weeks the Brixbox support was very cooperative and tried to help me as much as possible. After i finally got my package, i unpacked it and it was unfortunately broken, wich i immediately told the support of Brixbox and they sent out a replacement about 1 week later. Again over UPS this time they didn’t hold my Package hostage, i got it pretty fast, but they wanted a lot of money from me. Fortunately i could solve that all with calling UPS and emailing them it took very long and a lot of nerves but at the end i got it solved. Since i had a lot of trouble Brixbox was so kind to add some extra Brixbox points on my account wich i can use for my next purchase. After all that i wasn't sure if i am still gonna order there even tho i love the Display case and they have a couple more on there side i am interested in, so i texted the support and asked if they could ship via someone else. The response was that i should put my order up and then text them again, depending on the size of my order they will try to find someone else for the shipping. So i will for sure do that and hope for the best.

Worth every penny. I'll be back for more! I bought Hogwarts Castle, mini Disney castle and two custom built cases for my boxed brickheadz. They look amazing by the way. Quality compared to the others that I’ve seen is just out of this world.

Highly recommend Brixbox. The case for my Droideka arrived in excellent condition, was straightforward to assemble, and was of exceptional quality and the background really set the scene. I am very pleased with how my droide is now showcased. I will certainly make another purchase in the future. Thank you!

Submitted an order for 2 boxes with a 4-8 week delivery. It has now been. 9 weeks and they are not responding to messages.
22/11/24 Brix box have now responded to my original review to confirm my order is being dispatched, so I have changed my review score to reflect this.

Sent an order on 5th August, with shipping time estimated between 4-8 weeks.
Today, 14/10, after 3 emails sent to their only email contact socials@.... never got an answer, social networks have an automatic answer, I really feel that I lost my money.

Update:
After a lot of unanswered inquiries, I got a message around 20/10 that my display case was ready for shipping and the delay was due to a problem with a third party company.
After one week I got the package, it was really carefully wrapped. The display case is absolutely wonderful, high quality materials, the building was easy and every part matched perfectly with others.
I change my review from 1 stars to 3 stars because the product was above my expectations, but not answering to emails and inquiries repeatedly in my opinion is not acceptable if you sell online, especially when the shipping time is expired since many days.
