I had bought a parcel box from Yale but it was badly made and leaked from every joint and filled up with water when it rained.
I sent that back and bought this one. Much better made. One slight niggle is that the letterbox return is a bit flimsy and needs a redesign as it does not shut well

So good to buy from a uk based company who have great customer service and support as well as excellent products.

Product is good. Communication is good. Delivery is prompt.

The box came quickly and after a look at the fixing instructions on the website, I was able to fit to wall. I did lay the box on a cardboard sheet to cut out a template before hand. This was especially useful for positioning the 4 drill holes. It would be useful if such a template was printed onto box.
That said, I am very happy with purchase.

This is the 2nd Brizebox I have bought having left the other at my previous address. They are wonderful ! Just give the moving parts a spray of WD40 every 6 months and it appears to function forever ! The last one was still going strong after 7 years of the harshest weather 1,000ft up in the Pennines!

There is a good range of options for parcel boxes on the website and it was easy to order. Arrival was prompt. The box is smart and the black a good colour. Fitting was not as easy as on the video but it is now installed securely. Thank you
