We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

- All our plants are carefully hand checked and selected by our expert order packing staff who all live locally to the nursery, returning to us every year to help during our busy spring season. All our plug plants are securely packed in specially designed packaging to keep the root system in place and the foliage protected in transit. Our plastic ‘blister pack’ packaging is manufactured from recycled material and is fully recyclable. Our cardboard packaging is also fully recyclable. We send out comprehensive growing instructions with each order to help you get the best from your plants.

I was well impressed with the quality of my plant plugs. I have tried other nurseries in the past and these are far superior. Well packaged and I was kept up to date on their arrival.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear about the disappointment and frustration caused by your experience.
During our final quality inspection, one of the items in your order did not meet the standard we are happy to send to our customers. Rather than risk sending plants that may disappoint on arrival, we made the decision to cancel and automatically refund that item.
We understand that you subsequently requested for the entire order to be cancelled. Unfortunately, by the time your request was received, the remaining items had already progressed too far through our assembly and despatch process for us to stop the shipment. To ensure orders can be despatched at the times customers request, we do have a cut-off point after which cancellations are no longer possible.
We appreciate that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
If, once your order arrives, you decide that you no longer wish to keep the remaining plants, you are welcome to return them in accordance with our returns policy, which can be found on our website.
We genuinely value your feedback and are sorry that your first experience ordering with us has been a frustrating one. We hope there may be an opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

From the time your catalogue arrived…gardening began.
From the time your catalogue arrived the gardening began.Your ordering service,recording, and accounting is very efficient,and it is great to be able to cross check my ordering history. I do have one observation to make regarding ordering. I am a man of limited income, and as such I can only order as and when funds are available.If I had funds and ordered all at once I would get relief from delivery costs. It is quite possible that over time,my orders exceed that figure. But time has stepped in. It would be nice if ,when a pre-set figure is reached you, gave a little bonus. Just a thought.
With reference to your delivery service, the service by Amazon has been excellent , but I have had several occasions to reprimand EVRI for bad service caused by bad handling.I realise that you do not contract EVRI. but rest assured they have delivered your goods to me on MANY occasions !
