We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

- All our plants are carefully hand checked and selected by our expert order packing staff who all live locally to the nursery, returning to us every year to help during our busy spring season. All our plug plants are securely packed in specially designed packaging to keep the root system in place and the foliage protected in transit. Our plastic ‘blister pack’ packaging is manufactured from recycled material and is fully recyclable. Our cardboard packaging is also fully recyclable. We send out comprehensive growing instructions with each order to help you get the best from your plants.

Stunning Plants at Great Prices
I’ve ordered from Brookside Nursery the last couple of years and have been really pleased with the beautiful plants I’ve received.
My garden has looked stunning, I couldn’t wait to order from you again. The price was affordable and I got a bit carried away adding more into my basket.

Really disappointed
Very disappointed that my plants were in transit for 6 days and consequently were in an extremely poor state of health on arrival. The trays at the bottom of the box were worst and I contacted you by phone to complain. Chat box was a waste of time but tge person on your what’s app was the most help and I followed tge advice to tge letter. Despite this recovery had been very slow and I am still hoping that some will regain their health. A lot of work for little reward. I am a cater for my 82 year old partner with cancer and this has been very stressful.

The chatbot only gives standard delivery and order answers as well as gardening advise, but is unable to assist with specific orders, so you have the done the right thing by contacting us, however I am sorry to hear the plants are still struggling and we would never like to see a customer unhappy with an order, therefore I shall make contact with you again to see what we can do for you.

I get my plants from brookside every year now. If ever there is a problem with any plants a replacement is sent if there is still stock left, if not a refund is given. My plants this year are doing great.
