I recently had a frustrating experience…
I recently had a frustrating experience with this seed bank that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, my overall impression of them is far from positive.
First and foremost, communication with this seed bank has been a nightmare. It's almost like pulling teeth to get them to respond to emails. In this digital age, prompt and efficient communication should be a basic expectation, but it seems like an arduous task for them.
Moreover, I was disappointed to find that the promotions advertised on their website don't work as promised. It's incredibly frustrating when a company lures you in with enticing deals only to have them fall flat when you try to redeem them. This lack of follow-through on their part is a major letdown.
What's even more concerning is the inconsistency between what they say and what they actually do. It's disheartening to encounter a company that doesn't seem to uphold its promises. This misalignment between words and actions erodes trust and leaves customers feeling deceived.
Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of this seed bank is the sense that they simply don't care about their customers. In an industry where customer service and satisfaction should be a top priority, it's disheartening to feel like just another faceless transaction. There are plenty of other seed banks out there that genuinely value their customers and provide a much more pleasant experience.
My experience with this seed bank has been marred by frustrating communication, unfulfilled promotions, and a general lack of care for customers. Given the numerous alternatives available, I would strongly recommend exploring other seed banks that are more reliable and customer-focused. Your gardening journey deserves better than what this seed bank has to offer.

I love Brotanical Gardens!
I love my brothers and sisters at Brotanical Gardens! They have a great selection and some excellent sales. I also love the "free seeds winner" communications since i am one of those than can drop an entire paycheck on beans!
And being from Chitown, they have the best stickers!

This seed banks a joke just like all the other Colorado seed banks slow and no customer service. California seed banks are way better. When they make a label it goes right into the mail. When you have a problem they take care of it. F the bros!
