Glitch in your system caused me stress…
Glitch in your system caused me stress valuable time and money.
The buddha tea website is not functioning properly and as such two separate orders were processed (unbeknownst to me). When I became aware of this "glitch" in your system I contacted customer service immediately and requested a refund for the duplicate order. I was informed that they are aware of this problem in their system and most likely will have it fixed by the year 2023. (WHAT!!!) They recommended when the second order arrives, refuse the post and when they receive it I will get my refund. A few days later the 2nd package arrived via USPS. Following instruction via the customer service rep I attempted to refuse the package only to be told that I would have to take it directly to FedEx. I then drove the 10+ miles to FedEx only to be informed that the package was sent via "FedEx Express" and they could not accept it. I would have to return it FedEx Express directly. Note* FedEx Express was 50+ miles away, totaling 100+ miles.
What a mess! It would have been cheaper to keep the tea! Never again will I purchase anything through the Buddha Tea website, moreover I will share this experience with others as a warning not to purchase buddha teas on-line as well. There are plenty of competing businesses with good products that take accountability and respect their customers.
I do not like to be held accountable for the mistakes of others, and I suspect I'm not alone. Be warned!!
