The business. Got me a Professional Consultants Certificate. Not an easy task

Due to some Ill advice, when developing a commercial building into a residential I was told I wouldn’t need architect plans/ warranties from a private building regulations company as it was just a renovation, in the eyes of morgage lender when coming to sell, this just wasn’t the case. The team at Buildsafe kept me feeling calm and confident whilst trying to help secure a warranty in terms of retrospective (which many warranty companies don’t offer). Today, I finally received my warranty after a long 8 months of uncertainty. This journey hasn’t been easy but the team was always there for updates and kept on-top of things as much as you’d hope for. I want to give a special thank you to Ramona Dixon-Fyle, there’s a lot of seemingly endless back and forth whilst trying to obtain a warranty and I’m just so appreciative I had your support and calming manner to get me through it. Thank you so much.

The process throughout the Development was smooth and efficient but above all communication was easy and comprehensive . The Fee was as is normal paid in advance . Received very helpful support from Build Safe when we first needed to set up the warranty for our self build. Dominique answered all our queries and linked to our approved inspector. Oliver answered our recent queries quickly to access and activate our warranty certificate. Would recommend.

From the administration staff (especially Jenny) and the technical audit team (especially Dan) they offered constructive help and advice all the way through the process of the selfbuild. I would highly recommend the company. Also at an affordable price.

I needed the Professional Consultant’s Certificate to replace a void new build warranty at the 11th hour. Matt Percival who provided a quote and Oliver Smith who dealt with an admin side were just amazing. Very polite, professional, helpful and proactive (which is rare).
