Going the extra mile for their customer

The booking process was very easy. When the Middle East conflict caused flight issues we thought we would be unable to proceed with the tour as we were flying with Emirates. However, Bunnik came to our rescue by finding alternative flights with another airline. Everything is back on track thanks to Bunnik.

There was some confusion when determining whether Morocco is classed as Europe when organising travel insurance. Not sure if this varies according to Insurance company.

I have travelled with this company to Japan, South America and now Spain/Portugal/Morocco. Bunnik treat you like a VIP in that all bookings, ground transport, air travel, accommodation, activities, sightseeing and many meals are organised for you per their brochure. All delivered with care and high quality. Just settle back and let Bunniks guides bring all you have contracted for, to you. Any issues are sorted out efficiently. It's certainly the best value for money in my opinion.

Excellent booking experience and support

We’ve travelled with Bunnik on several occasions, with two pending tours. The online information and booking process is straight forward, and we have always been promptly contacted by a travel adviser regarding follow-up itinerary and travel details, payment schedule etc. The service and follow-on engagement has always been first-rate.

For our current 5 Stans booking, we dealt with Kathryn Jackson who has been very supportive and responsive to our changing requirements over the past 18 months or so from when we first expressed an interest to eventually finalising our booking. In particular, Kathryn willingly and promptly reworked our flights to better meet our preferred departure/return airport.

However, having booked a 17 April 2026 departure, the ME crisis intervened, requiring alternative routing and flights to join the tour. Vicki Rothwell took on this task and provided us with a timely briefing about the alternative flights and timings. Vicki also promptly and politely responded to several queries from us about the arrangements notwithstanding that the Bunnik team would have been truly overstretched at the time. The comprehensive pre-departure pack was also received in good time, clearly detailing the entry requirements for our (very) early morning arrival in Turkmenistan.

Kathryn has also been our travel specialist for our Dalmatia booking for October 2026. Again, Kathryn willingly and promptly accommodated our request regarding our preferred departure/return airport, that also included a request for a deferred post-tour departure date and different departure airport – achieved within the overall flight allowance. This type of support is much appreciated.

In sum, we have always enjoyed our Bunnik travel experiences over the years and will not hesitate to book again.
