DO NOT BUY FROM HERE SCAMMERS. The videos they are using are stolen from legit traders. The advert that I bought from has since been doing the rounds under at least four different facebook page names. My order confirmation didn't even include the amount I've paid.
Chased them and they told me delivery is affected by the weather and asked me to wait but won't provide tracking number or courier details. Only one start because no other option. When I asked for a full refund they didn't even respond to the question. Reported to facebook and nothing.

Ordered my item 20th June and I’m still waiting 23rd July.
Not had any reply from emails or no answer when k phone.
Next step is bank manager and police then solicitor for money back.

Item arrived but too big. They sent an XL which is their size 12 (44" bust.) I emailed asking for a returns address, re their 'Returns Policy'. So far after 2 weeks of trying - and finally getting them to admit they actually sent the order, I have been offered £2 compensation. I paid £40.79. They told me to gift the item to a friend.
Personally, once bitten twice shy - their quality is also very poor, like others I wish I hadn't acted on impulse 😣 and read this company's reviews first.

They don’t even desreve 1 star , ordered over a month ago and still no delivery, they are scammers and need to be dealt with and removed from Facebook and all selling sites, I cannot even get my money back . DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Well I have just sent an e.mail as had no acknowledgment of my order. The money has been taken from my account though. I’m laughing at myself for not checking on here before I ordered after reading the reviews. Waiting in anticipation of a dress that will probably be no good . 😂

OMG l wish l had read this before l ordered one of their Jumpsuits. There is no way my body will go through the opening as it is far too small! I cannot get a return address from them, they say l can keep it as the cost for sending it back is too much. I am now getting interest charged by Klarna, who are has helpful as a chocolate Tea pot! Guess they are going to have to take me to court! I see they are also selling as:

I ordered from this company in April ladies leakproof briefs, shoddy and useless as size would have fitted a 6 year old. I paid them when I ordered and money was taken from my bank account in May 2nd. I now have Klarna Bank hassling me for payment , have contacted Klarna, and told them I had already paid, and also contacted Burstabout and they say I do not owe any money to them, this has been going backwards and for for the last 2 months, and I am getting fed up with it

Ordered the jumpsuit from this company at the end of March, took 5 weeks to come and have only just managed to send it back, like many others have said before me it isn’t fit for purpose. No way of getting into it without turning into a contortionist and god forbid you need to take it off in a hurry to go to the toilet.
Luckily I ordered it through Klana on pay later so I put a stop on the payment, Klana managed to get a return address off them as they were ignoring my emails.
It has cost a fortune to return the item tracked and signed for (£20.35 to be exact) but I’ll be dammed if they were going to get another penny off me as if I’d have kept it Klana would have had to honour the payment (jumpsuit cost £29.99).
Please don’t order from this scam of a company, it’s a lesson learnt for me, I’ll remember to check reviews in future.

I wanted to return the item ordered as this did not fit or suit me and they refused to provide the refund address stating it would cost too much to ship this back and offered me £2 compensation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Like previous reviewers, I ordered a jumpsuit in size M. The only way of getting into said jumpsuit is via the neck opening, which at absolute full stretch measures 38cm, so basically impossible to put on. After pointing out to their customer services that the item was unfit for purpose the reply was that their warehouse confirmed that I had received the correct item!! After much to-ing and fro-ing I managed to secure a 'whopping' £7 refund from them. At this point I decided to give up.

I wish to send back the pair of pants I received which are two small, but I can’t seemed to be able to do this as no return of address or QR Code to send them back. Also the advert on Facebook said 10 pairs different colours for £7.99 I got only one pair not even the right size. Has anybody else had this problem.will not be recommending this firm at all

I never received the jumpsuit I ordered. I have emailed several times and they reassured me there were delays with delivery but it would arrive. Eventually I received a tracking link to confirm it was delivered. It never arrived and I have yet to get my money back. Please do not purchase anything from this company.

Agree with all other reviews - jumpsuit tiny (XL!) and crap material. Do not buy

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered 2 flying jumpsuits which looked so stylish and comfortable on their website but the reality was the complete opposite!
I ordered large as I a size 14 and the jumpsuits I received wouldn’t fit my 12 year niece! The fabric quality was extremely poor and there’s bit of loose thread all over the garments.
I have been trying to get information on how to return and claim a refund but I’ve been fobbed off with me being told it will be very expensive for me to return and offered a £5 refund for items that cost over £50!!!
I have definitely taught myself a life lesson here!!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of briefs, saying they were specially lined and leak proof. They came and were bad quality (thin) material with a very normal (UK) gusset in them. I ordered my regular size 12. They ripped as I tried a pair on. I complained and asked to return them as they said it will cost me to return them. They offered me 1 USD compensation which I refused and had been increased to 4USD. Disgusting company and I won’t be ordering again from any online site.

I found the ordering process confusing. I ordered one pair of pants costing 7.99 .I was charged £11+ including shipping and then they actually charged me £14+. The pants split at the waist band as I pulled them up. This has never happened to me before in 69 years on this planet. They have asked me for evidence in a number of ways and now I give up.

I would NOT recommend this on line company to buy from as they don’t seem to care whether you get your goods or not once they have got your money

Like the other shoppers commenting, the products are not at all like they advertise. I ordered 3 pairs of Leak Proof Knickers and what arrived was 1 pair of very thin material knickers. I'm appalled by what this company gets away with.... They don't reply to emails. They give other Chinese Companies a bad name. DON'T BUY FROM BURSTABOUT.

I GOT A RETURN ADDRESS!

Vile scam company, after 30+ emails back and forth (up to £17 odd in compensation being offered) I finally got a return address for China after telling them I wouldn’t get bored and I would take them to court for my money back.
(Credit card already charging it back for me anyway) but you can get a return address out of them eventually!
