Marcus spent lots of time helping my group with the flight schedule. The results are not up to my expectations. However, the schedule was finally completed. I gave 4 stars because Marcus did try his best.

It’s not about just booking the flight, it’s when there’s a problem like recent issues at Newark Airport which required rebooking flights at the last minute… he and staff worked tirelessly for several days to save our trip!
