Lovely staff, a fun experience
Lovely warm staff who really took the time to get to know my son and his interests. He always comes home talking about what he's done and singing new songs and is always happy to go to nursery. It's lovely hearing about what he's doing via the app.

Poor customer service, fab nursery nurses
The nursery nurses are all so lovely with Rowan and he’s always happy to go in!
He doesn’t often go outside so that could be improved.
The main issue is customer service. Emails take over a week to be replied to. When I speak in person to the office staff or call the phone they are often patronising or unhelpful. I had a completely different experience at a different nursery so that made me realise how much improvement is needed there.
The food is good and varied and they accommodate my son’s diet well.

My daughter is happy to go to nursery. The staff are friendly and approachable. All emails are returned quickly

A lovely setting with caring staff

Blissful year
Our daughter was enrolled with them a year back as I joined work after sabbatical. It's been amazing experience, she is growing up to be so confident happy girl. They are so proactive in responses, we have had zero issues. The staff is so helpful. We will continue with them till she joins her school for sure.
