On the website, I tried to order 8 bottles of an unusual red wine, but only 5 were in stock. Half an hour or so later I got an email from Dan at the shop saying another batch was due the following day and would I like to add the extra 3? Outstanding attention to detail, followed by really fast dispatch of excellently packaged bottles.

Butlers sent me the wrong bottle of whisky because their website was wasn’t updated properly. Frustrating given that I won’t be able to get the correct bottle to give as a gift when needed.

I happened to find Butler's when I was looking for some Portuguese wine. They have an excellent collection, very keen prices, and easy to use website. Delivery was fast. All perfect. I've ordered twice with them and each time was the same. Keep it up!

Following a wine tasting at The Depot in Seaford I wanted to buy wines direct, but time went by, but eventually I now have. Great service and great tasting wines. It's rare to have such knowledgeable staff too. Well done all and keep up the good work. I'll definitely be back!

I love coming to this shop to buy wine - they have a great range of wines (and I learned today also some beers) at a range of prices. Much better wine than bog standard sauv blanc or merlot. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful too.

I came across an unusual bottle of wine in our wine rack the other day, and couldn’t remember where it came from or how it got there….I opened it and it was delicious. I investigated potent suppliers and chose Butlers - mainly because that’s my name! The wine arrived astonishingly quickly and I wasn’t disappointed - excellent service, I shall be using Butlers again 🙂👍.

I found a wine recommendation in "Wine from another galaxy" Noble Rot book and sourced it on the internet which led me to Butlers Wine Cellar. The order arrived promptly in excellent packaging. I have now placed a second order from the same producer and I no doubt will find other wines from Butlers.
