Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!! Great selection including excellent local and other English wines. Reliable info on website with prompt delivery including update message from delivery person. Most importantly, the wines absolutely delivered on expectations and quality.

Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.

This was my second visit to Butlers Wine Cellar and on both occasions the service has been wonderful. The young lady assisted me and my wife on a number of purchases of wine and sherry and seemed very knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Having tasted them she was spot on with her comments on each bottle. I would highly recommend anyone to use this shop.

I've been enjoying great tasting, great value wines from Butlers for around 15 years now. With their completely unpretentious expert help) I've always found exactly what I needed or been ecouraged to try wonderful new things. Great team, great value and above all great tasting wine. I genuinely begrudge buying wine from anywhere else.

Enthusiasts with a wide and varied stock, updated with regular new additions and blessed with a quick delivery service. You will find gems.

Great selection of interesting wines not found elsewhere. Online booking process is really easy and the added bonus of next day delivery works great for me as a last minute purchaser and immediate consumer! The Pittnauer Koenig rosé is superb.

The wine was for a special occasion. There was no one in for the delivery so Butlers contacted my son at work and took the wine to his office. Great customer service…and great wine

Very well impressed by the speed my order was processed at the Butler's Wine Cellar's end. APC took an extra day to deliver, but I was home, so it was not a problem. Wide-ranging selection of wines. This is a brilliant local wine shop, with nationwide delivery too.

They always have an extensive and eclectic stock of wines (and interesting port, beer, cider, etc.) about which Henry, Cassie and their staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Their online delivery offering is excellent and - importantly! - they also have a very generous loyalty scheme.

I can't recommend them enough.

We are so lucky to live close to Butlers Wine Cellar. It’s an excellent store with loads of great quality wines and choices to suit all budgets. The team are a delight and so helpful and Cassie’s social media posts are a joy, both fun and informative.

The shop online and collect option is ideal and if you aren’t sure what to pick, you can get some great recommendations in store.
