I would like to report a reckless driving incident involving a lady van driver. She was driving aggressively and dangerously, repeatedly attempting to force her way into my lane. At one point, she appeared to deliberately steer her van towards my vehicle, creating a serious risk of collision. Her actions endangered my safety and that of other road users.

I request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken.

Absolutely disgraceful company.

I would strongly urge anyone considering using this company to look elsewhere.

One of their contractors scratched my parked car while carrying out maintenance work in the common area of my building. I have photographic evidence of the contractor at the scene, and my wife was a direct witness to what happened.

When I contacted the company, they denied all liability without any investigation whatsoever. I escalated the matter to the director, who also point-blank refused to accept any responsibility — despite the clear evidence I provided. As a result, I was left with no choice but to pay over £500 out of my own pocket for repairs caused by THEIR contractor.

To make matters worse, both myself and my landlord agency separately requested that CCTV cameras be installed in the common area to prevent this happening again. They refused. We then asked whether we could install cameras ourselves at our own cost — a completely reasonable request. They couldn't even be bothered to reply to the emails. Not me. Not the landlord agency. Complete silence from a supposedly professional company.

This company shows zero accountability, zero care for residents, and zero interest in keeping the communal areas safe. They damage your property, deny it, ignore your evidence, refuse to take preventative action, and then go completely silent when you try to find your own solution.

Avoid at all costs. An absolute disgrace from top to bottom.

This company managed a building of 76 flats between 2020 and 2024 and the communal areas were continually unclean, lights broken, lift broken for 2 weeks, no cover for concierge illness or annual leave. The staff they employed are lovely, just unable to do their job under terrible management. Failing after failing. Would not let them look after a 1 bed house while on holiday for a week.

Do not go with Butlin. We had placed our holding deposit down for a property, references all done etc, just waiting on confirmation of move in date... Hear nothing for nearly 2 weeks and then get told another agency had already moved someone in.... They had no remorse and even giggled on the phone call. Absolutely awful.

Very bad service from this company.
Emails don't get action and tried to speak to the owner but he wouldn't take my call...and didn't call back.

Avoid using this property management company.
