Absolute brilliant service from Buxtons ordered Billhook at a fantastic price even with delivery to Northern Ireland (most companies are extortionate now) I was informed throughout the purchase and delivery was excellent. 100% I’ll definitely be using them again. 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered equipment, paid for it and immediately received notification of order email and delivery service.
Once dispatched I received a pdf invoice with all relevant details. A very professional and efficient company. Item arrived next day. The delivery service DX kept me informed with a time slot for delivery of 2 hrs. I received it within the first 12 mins of stated times. Brilliant!

Bought an echo saw in November (already reviewed that experience 5*) unfortunately last week the stop start button boke off whilst in use. Emailed on the day and included pictures which I think were blocked but I quickly had an email requesting I rang up the following morning.
Rang up explained the problem and posted the same day. I rang back 2 working days later to check it had been received and see when it might be returned and was told possibly 2 weeks as parts needed to be ordered. 5 working days from me posting it off and I’ve got it back no issues. Can’t complain about that. Hopefully the naff button was a on off as never had issues with previous echo saws.
If anything could be improved it would be updates on repairs, ie received goods confirmation and expected ready dates.

Have used Buxtons in the past but hadn't lately as too far away, however after being let down by another firm lacally to me, checked our their prices for a Stihl Kombi 94 unit.
Went over saturday morning after a phone call with Mark to check they had one in stock and purchased the item. Excellent handover and discussion with Mark and his assistant ( sorry forgotten their name). Talked through options for fuelling and opted for the Stihl Motomix.
Well worth the 40 min drive for top customer service , well done Mark

My first time of ordering from Buxtons. I was after a STIHL HSA26 cordless pruner, not only did they have it in stock, with free next day delivery, but it was cheaper by £5 then anywhere else on the web. Delivered within 24 hrs of ordering, so a very good experience.

They charge 12.50 postage to Isle of Wight irrespective how much you spend, then send it using royal mail which doesn't cost them any extra to send than the mainland with free postage!! So I go to the effort of sending it to a friend on the mainland and collect it when I next see them to save some money and could have delivered it to the island anyway makes no difference at all!! Very frustrating they try scam us for extra money that doesnt need to be paid they must think we are idiots. Gustharts don't charge any extra for isle of wight and its free for £75+ spend, they also use Royal mail.

I purchased a cordless Husqvarna lawnmower, which was delivered on 20 April 2024. Buxtons was good enough to replace a button that had broken on the left side after just a couple of mows. However, now a screw on the right side has come loose, which has caused the whole of the right side handle to detach from the machine. Additionally, the handles, when extended to full height do not stay in place and keep sliding down while mowing. Overall not a well-built machine.

I purchased a Stihl HLA 86 and a couple of AP200 batteries (+charger). Delivery was prompt, on-time, and well documented. Their price was good.

I scoured the web for the best prices on Stihl battery powered chainsaws. Buxtons came up as one of the most reasonable for the unit and all the necessary accessories.

As a professional tree surgeon / arborist, I purchase almost all of my garden machinery, PPE, and climbing equipment from Buxtons. The prices are extremely competitive, delivery is absurdly fast (&free!) and I've never had any issues with customer service.
