Contact over the phone was good throughout and even when an unexpected problem involving paperwork came up, the team at Buyacar quickly sorted it by going above and beyond. This was my second time using the site and, like the first time, it was a simple and stress free process.

Easy way to buy a car
I've used buy a car twice, and both times have been extremely easy. They just sort everything out for you. Delivery time can be Abit slow, but overall it's a very good service. I also think buy a car have the best prices in comparison to some of there competition IE Cinch, Carzoo.

I bought a car less than a year ago from them and it's cost me in repairs over 3,000 and 7 trips to the garage. Terrible customer service.

We do appreciate the difficulty in taking your vehicle into a garage for repairs on more than one occasion since having the vehicle, but we have provided our support throughout this and ensured costs were covered by ourselves when needed. We now have confirmation that the recent repair has been covered under your extended warranty plan and will be reimbursed accordingly in line with their terms and conditions. Over the course of a vehicles lifespan, problems can arise meaning that repairs are needed, which is inconvenient, but the warranty has prevented the costs from escalating. If you would like to discuss any of the above further, we would welcome this to offer our support and advice. Great service from BuyaCar
Really pleased with the service I received from BuyaCar. The colleague that helped me was able to stay hours on the phone with me while we searched for a car that suited my needs.
I was sceptical about buying the car without seeing it but after 2 months driving it, I definitely do not regret.
Great experience.

Had my new car delivered last Friday…
Had my new car delivered last Friday through buyacar and I have to say it was such an easy and hassle-free process. Everyone was friendly to speak to and explained everything in full through a couple of short phone calls and they kept me up-to-date throughout the process. My car arrived in perfect condition straight to my door and although I was a little anxious about buying a car online at first, I am honestly delighted with my overall experience and would definitely recommend buyacar to my friends!
