After 4 failed attempts of rechanging the password we tried to attempt to cut and paste and that didn't work either. After all that time we finally gave up after over an hour so I will be tempting to do that again today.

Roz handled it so well. I'd returned a package in February and still hadn't received my refund. She was able to look up everything and confirmed a refund was due. Said it might take 3 or 4 days, but it would be credited on my credit card.

BuyGoods offered to let me keep the wrong but for half the purchase price or pay for the return shipping. That is NOT a 100% money back guarantee. It's a scam! I have been calling and dealing with customer NONservice since February 27th!!!

I was looking at a product and was going to purchase. I had all the boxes filled in but did not make the actual purchase. Got tied up with other things. Then I got a phone call to my mobile phone from BuyGoods.com. I ignored it. Then about 2 minutes later, I got another call from BuyGoods.com. I ignored that one too. About 3 minutes later, I got another call from them, then another, then another so I finally answered and asked what do you want and why are you blowing up my phone? Guy responds that I'm on a recorded line and he's calling about why I didn't make the purchase. I said it's because I chose not to. He goes on to ask if there is a reason I chose not to. I said it was because I chose not to and asked him is there a problem with that. Then I asked him to stop calling me and as I was asking that, he insisted talking over me saying that he can make it very easy to complete the order. I finally said, since this is recorded, make sure that you tell everyone else at BuyGoods to stop calling me as well. But during that, I heard him hang up the phone.
Obviously, never going to do business with that company

Tried to return for a full refund with in the required time and still after 10 months and dozens of emails they still refuse to give me my full refund. They did originally offer a quick half refund but refuse to refund the full amount like promised. All I can assume is they are a fraudulent business, buyer BE AWARE.

My concern was my finances in that I had quite a large
