10 days since the purchase and no progress
It has been 10 days since the purchase and there is no progress with shipment.
Update: turned out the package was lost in transit and BuyMeBeauty was quick to reship the new package. Changed the rating to 5 stars.

Product was old.
Product was old.. both items were dried out and unusable
I did hear from the company and they promptly gave me a full refund. I will definitely try them again.
