Received the item, but I had filed a credit card dispute as it was ordered January 10 and arrived March 30, a total of 79 days.

There were also misleading updates about the delay, including being told it was due to snow at the Vancouver port, which was difficult to believe given that 2026 is the first year in over 20 years without snowfall in Vancouver.

After receiving the item, I canceled the dispute.

It would be helpful if the website clearly stated to expect up to 90 days for shipping, as that would reduce a lot of unnecessary stress for customers.

ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY. BEEN CONTACTING THEM FOR A WEEK - EMAIL, PHONE CALL, INSTAGRAM - WITH ZERO RESPONSE. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM. WORST COMPANY. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND I WANT THEM TO BURN TO THE GROUND.

Do not trust this website please - I ordered my reformer 11 weeks ago I can’t get through to anyone on the phone I’ve had a few automated WhatsApp messages after I got in touch which just clearly outright lied about where the parcel is. Then further messages back tracking saying oh it’s delayed again then it was supposedly at a port in china now I’ve still not received it and I’ve heard nothing! The tracking link doesn’t work it says error page not found when you click on it. I’ve spent an extortionate amount of hard earned money on a Christmas present for my mum that I don’t even think I’m getting at this point so I’ll have to somehow sort fraud through my bank. It’s a scam. I genuinely have been nothing but polite and patient but it’s gone on too long now so please don’t make the same mistake. I believed all these 5 star reviews which clearly must be fake or either I’m just extremely unlucky which is completely unlikely so please don’t also fall for them. You can’t get through to the number on the website when you call ever so clearly not everyone was on holiday which seems crazy anyway. So badly ran. I received a message over a month ago but nothing since. Someone was supposedly going to personally manage my order from them but as name was written down so that was clearly a huge lie to.

My reformer arrived this week, after a nail biting wait from ordering it in December. It’s excellent quality and build and I’m delighted with it and some free gifts thrown in as well.
They replied promptly to reassure me every time I emailed about the wait and I had begun to think it was a scam. In essence it’s just a slow boat from China but I do think the company should make customers aware of the delayed delivery time and keep them updated without prompting.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. Just got my money back from barclaycard when they investigated and found them a scam.

Amazing addition to our home gym! We just installed our new wooden reformer and we couldn't be happier. It arrived safely and was packaged with great care. Installation was a breeze—easy to unfold and ready to use in no time. It functions smoothly and looks beautiful. Despite a minor delivery delay, the overall experience has been great. Time to enjoy the workout!

I purchased a reformer that was supposed to take 10 days to receive. It has been over a month, and I have just received an email from the shipping company that I will never receive my item. The Shipper (BuyReformer) allowed the erroneous delivery to be purchased by the person in MT that it was shipped to accidentally. Either way this company has been horrible to communicate with and not on the proactive side of solving the problem. My shipment was rescheduled for the mis-delivery to MT and then NEVER delivered. The actual shipping logistics company, CEVA, was the one to break this to me. The BUYREFORMER people are never available by phone and then email at 1:30 in the am. This experience has been terrible. Feeling like this is a complete scam!

I placed my order in October and payment was taken in full at that time. I was told my reformer would be delivered by 27th December, but I have received nothing and have had no communication. Despite sending several emails requesting an update, I have not received any response and do not know where my order is.
This was a significant investment for me as I am in the process of starting a small business. After reading other reviews where customers are reporting similar experiences and stating that they believe this company may be a scam, I am now very concerned. I really need someone from the company to get in touch with me to provide an update or resolve this situation.

Further update, the machine is fabulous. So smooth, solid, looks beautiful. Beyond impressed with it.

UPDATE: IT ARRIVED. I got a call from a delivery company this morning saying they had a big package on board for me and low and behold a huge box arrived. The tracking still shows the order in Belgium or Denmark or something but here it is. So I take it back. I've changed my rating. And updated the below a bit but I'll leave the main body there so maybe someone who's going through the same thing as me will see there is hope that it will arrive and that it's not a scam (which I was sure it was and logged a complaint with my credit card company that I now need to undo!!) so my apologies buy reformer, you came through in the end!!

Ordered in October, didn't arrive. Company couldn't provide traceable shipping details, gave me generic shipment details that can't be traced.

Update although they have replied to me saying that I can request a refund, I have already requested a refund many times and it has not been processed. I still have not received the order.

This company is a scam. Ordered my reformer, no tracking number, says it’s on a vessel. Google the address it’s a random house. No one ever picks up the phone. Merchant refuses to cancel my order when I have requested 5+ times. Stay away!!!

Even though this reformer folds, it feels completely stable during leg work and planks. There's no wobble at all, so I feel safe using it.

OK, so my credit card company has confirmed I am going to recover the money these fraudsters have tried to take from me. This review is a WARNING. Do not be tempted by any discounts offered by Buyreformer as you will not receive whatever you pay for. All of a sudden a few positive reviews have just appeared on TrustPilot, all from UK. I question their validity. I am convinced this is a scam. I really hope fraud hunters are on their case. I will do my utmost to report them.

I ordered my reformer on October 25th, and it’s been almost a month since my “package” is notified in a vessel. I can’t track my order and don’t even know if I’m gonna receive it. I’m so so angry and disappointed ! I don’t know what to do !!!!!

I honestly thought a foldable reformer would feel filmsy, but this one is surprisngly strong. It's been a great choice for my home training setup.

First of all, I do think you need to have a reasonably good idea of how to use a reformer before embarking on self practice. I’ve been going to classes at least twice a week for 15 months.

When I placed my order I was more than a little worried as at that point there were no UK reviews online anywhere. I used my Amex to make sure I was covered in case the website was a scam as the price of the reformers here are more than reasonable. I need not have feared as my reformer arrived in just over 3 weeks. It was very well packaged in a massive crate pallet so do be aware of this if your door opens out directly onto a pavement. It’s not a package that you can take straight inside so if this is your situation you may need to make arrangements to have it delivered somewhere with a bit of space.

Communication could be a bit better once the order was placed as apart from the receipt from Shopify you receive nothing and the tracking just says processing for ages.
A email from the actual company confirming your order and giving a delivery expectation would alleviate a lot of worry.

I ordered a folding reformer as I want to be able to close for daily storage and the ease of this process is very good and it doesn’t put me off getting into my workouts.

There is a tiny nick in the cover on the box but it’s on the underside so I’ve just put a drop of glue in it to stop any spread. It’s so small it’s not worth getting it replaced but the description on the website of the fabric being ‘soft, buttery leather’ is incorrect. In is not leather at all, it is matt finish PVC or something similar so this was disappointing.

Regarding the foot strap, I’ve been totally unable to work out how it’s meant to be attached and despite receiving an emailed instruction manual this still is unresolved.

However, I’ve had my reformer almost a month now and in terms of its operation I’m more than satisfied. The platform has a very smooth action, the springs are of sound quality and everything is well put together. The folding mechanism works very well and makes the weight very manageable.

All in all, I would buy this again if I needed too. It’s excellent value for money and compares easily with much more expensive alternatives and I’ve worked out, based on prices at the gym I was going to, that if I use it 4 times a week it’ll be paid for by Christmas and all my sessions will be free from there on in! Hooray!

Over 6 weeks since order and my reformer has still not arrived and still marked as processing. Chased two weeks ago and was told its on the vessel and no updates since. Starting to think this is a con. Ordered 5th August.
