Staff in the shop are friendly and helpful without being pushy. They did all they could to make sure we got a quick and suitable delivery date. The delivery man was cheerful and super helpful.

Unbelievable service you just don't expect to get these days when buying kitchen appliances. We bought an induction hob to replace our smashed up old one. Delivered and installed perfectly all at a great price. Good job Buywise Team.

Buywise is a great local independent electrical appliance store, with a wide range of good quality brands. Their delivery and recycle/removal service is excellent and they have very good customer service.

Spent ages on the web site setting up an order. Got to the end and shipping method said not available and we couldn't get any further. Rang them only to be told they don't deliver to our area! Why do they not state on the web site that delivery is restricted; absolute time wasters!
