Great service

My first time buying from Buywise and I can honestly say that it was a pleasure. I ordered a dishwasher on the Saturday evening, a lady called me on the Monday morning to let me know that it was no longer in stock but they would offer me a free upgrade but it would take a few extra days to arrive.
Delivery was within the allotted time, delivery driver was very friendly and thoughtful. He removed the old machine and connected the new one making sure it was working before he left.
I will definitely use Buywise again they’re competitively priced and they keep you informed.

I gave it 4 out of 5 because they were not able to deliver on Wednesday as booked online. They called me and offered to reschedule for Saturday.
Otherwise everything was fine.

Easy to order on the website and fast delivery. Good price in comparison with other sites for the same product.

Great Experience. When placing the order was told the date the item will be delivered and also the slot will be provided on the previous day. It was an early morning slot but the delivery itself was very smooth and they fixed the Dryer and removed the old one. Best price in the market at that time by almost £50 or more.

I ordered it online and arranged a delivery date believing it to be in stock. However it wasn’t, and I had to wait 10 days for delivery.
Plus side is that when notified of delivery date it arrived on time and great delivery driver.

Brilliant retailer. Was looking for a silver/grey gas cooker and they were the only retailer that had any stock after searching for several weeks, apparently a shortage of parts has effected the manufacturing of gas cookers. Sales rep alleviated my concerns about genuine stock supply and delivery. Cooker was delivered in the scheduled time frame, would have been better to have received a call to let me know they was close to delivering.

They were amazing. The last Euronics dealer i used was Fields Domestic Appliances in Beaconsfield and they were equally brilliant.
So much nicer to deal with retailers that are happy to answer a phone rather than a chat box or email only.
