I placed an order on 29.05.2024 and after 6 days, i didn't receive it....

I bought a pair of adidas 2000s at the store first they were alright but within a month of wearing them (not even daily mostly once or twice a week) the soles are completely destroyed and started detaching from the shoe and i saw that where the sole was supposed to be stitched it wasnt even stitched it was held together by glue. The quality of the sneakers they sell is absolutely horrible and its not the only one who has complained about this.

Can’t refund when bought in stores.

Terrible experience with the customer support. I ordered the Crep Protect ultimate tube pack which arrived to me damaged as they packed it in a plastic bag. I asked for a return and a replacement with proper packing. Everything was confirmed on the phone, only to receive an email a few days later stating that they will no longer replace the product as it is out of stock. The support agent checked and confirmed with me on the phone that the product is still available, "more than sufficient stock" she quoted, and the product is available online on their website too. Seems like it is easier for them to just lie and pretend there's nothing they can do instead of fixing their own mistakes.

Worst experience with a sneaker reseller.
The discussion with them by email was like i was speaking with a bot. They dont care about people, they care only about profit, doesnt matter if you are right or not. The online ordering is sh*it and they dont have every adress, i couldnt order at my home, although i stay almost in the center of Bucharest.
I dont recommend!

I bought online a pair of shoes which come with extra laces but when they arrived there were no extra laces. I contacted the support but their response was simply that either someone from the delivery company stole them or they had them in store without the laces. Complete BS. So i will not receive my extra laces thanks to Buzzsneakers. Very very poor client service! Avoid those scammers.

They sell fake sneakers.
I'll go to return my sneakers tommorow and if the do not refund the money within 10 work days like they promise I'm suing them.

Ho fatto una comanda per un paio di scarpe e non hanno spedito niente, non rispondono la telefono e neanche alle mail, provvederò a informare gli organi competenti per chiedere il rimborso e sporgere denuncia.

They do not refund money. They accepted my sneakers when I returned them but did not pay me the money. Liars and scammers

Horrible online shop in Croatia. Stocks are not live, orders canceled weeks after being paid for. Total waste of time.

Worst sneaker shop in Romania. Im pretty picky on sneakers and i m taking some time before buying a 120$+ pair. They never have 43EU, not even on new pairs. Worst shop ever

I ordered my size, cash payment, with clear description. It arrived a pair, 3 sizes bigger, that had nothing to do with the website description. The box was damaged and almost open. The shoes look pretty, tho, I'm just sorry they don't fit me. Covid won't help with shipping returning... Bad!

I have made 2 order for the same product (order 1468506, 1479306) and i receive an email that they do not have in stock this product. I think this site list fake stock and price products.
