One of the worst boots I have ever bought. There is no patting inside the boot and it feels like the metal or whatever material they used to get the shape of the boots is rubbing against my ankles and the side of my foot. The leather is stiff. I am not exaggerating when I say it is unbearable to wear.

Don't bother buying anything from them. You won't get any answers through any of their social media platforms or customer service email, even if you've invested in their products. If you really want their products, buy them on poshmark, lots of people get rid of their stuff anyway. And their stuff always goes on sale, talk about luxury. But customer service alone should do it for you. Avoid and purchase another brand with better manners and professionalism.

I have received a pair of shoes from ByFar for my birthday and I absolutely love them. Not only they are timeless, the heel is super comfortable and I use them all the time. Perfect to go out on summer nights and also to wear to work. I became a fan of the brand and will definitely order from them again.

Huge fan of the brand. Got the Prudence flats and I couldn’t be happier with them – so soft and comfortable. Had some doubts on the sizing but the Customer Support team was very responsive and helpful.
The parcel arrived quickly and the shoes are of an exceptional quality. I’m considering getting them in another colour.

Evidentemente è sufficiente regalare qualche scarpa e borsa a delle influencer per poter giustificare prezzi spropositati per articoli di una qualità che, vi assicuro, un negozio cinese in confronto è haute couture ! Dopo appena una settimana, nei sotto tacchi dei miei stivaletti (315 euro in sconto!) iniziano a formarsi dei buchi (quasi come se il sotto tacco fosse rivestito di pongo). Per precauzione, e dato che gli stivaletti ne erano originariamente del tutto sprovvisti (assurdo), chiedo al calzolaio di mettere dei sotto tacchi protettivi per evitare ulteriori deformazioni del tacco. Utilizzati forse 4 volte in 2 mesi e rigorosamente in città, oggi il sotto tacco si stacca completamente e rivela quella che è la pessima qualità delle scarpe BY FAR: struttura del tacco di PLASTICA camuffata e tacco completamente vuoto ! In sostanza c'è solo un bordo di 5 millimetri ed il resto è un enorme buco. Questa è la qualità che si ha per più di 300 euro ? Ladri. Mai più.

Poor quality and overpriced, my shoes got damaged in less than 2 months due to poor quality and malfunction of design and was not offered exchange/refund or reimbursement of a repair. Would never recommend!

Byfar is one of the worst purchases i have made in terms of footwear. I typically do not write reviews but I decided to in order to warn those who would like to purchase something from this brand. I purchased the josie boots, which were relatively expensive, but the quality did not match the price paid. cheap looking leather, and a flimsy, plastic like sole. after a few days of wear, the sole was completely beaten up and the leather looked as if it would tear at any given moment. you are better off looking into brands such as Vagabond (for silhouettes and better leather quality for cheaper) or if you would like to spend more, and get great craftsmanship, Hereu from spain. Save your money and research more.

Extremely bad quality. It’s a shame websites like farfetch list them.

The website states 2-3 business days to receive your order for UK customers.

I placed my order a week ago and received an email the next day saying that it had been dispatched.

I hadn’t received the bag by Monday so I emailed their customer care who informed me that there was an error and my bag hadn’t been dispatched but it would be that night. I was asked to re-check the tracking link that night as it would show progress.

No progress on Monday so I emailed on Tuesday to only be told the same thing. Checked the tracking again on Tuesday, still no progress.

It’s now Wednesday and we are on the 6th business day and still, no progress.

Emailed customer service who are now slow at responding. Messaged on instagram which also hasn’t helped.

I’m really disappointed by the service. This is my first time ordering from By Far and it will be the last.

Very bad quality item. Bag is expensive category (+600€ for a very small bag) but looks so worn out after a few wear. Extremely disappointed will not buy again, very poor quality.

I recently purchased a pair of the silver chrome Michele heeled mules at one of their store locations. After 3 wears the soles on both shoes started peeling off and became incredibly scuffed. I wrote into their customer service team who informed me that because I had purchased the shoes in store instead of online, they wouldn’t be able to help resolve my issue, offer a refund or provide me with a new pair of shoes. Huge shame and waste of almost $500.

Okay so I ordered two pairs of boots one in silver and one in gold just to see wich one was the best for me but then decided I didn't want them anyways cause they where super long so I packed them ready to ship but then I thought to my let me try the silver ones one last time cause I'm afraid I might regretting sending them back its the last one in my size but then I could see several scratches on the boots then I called costumer service and to my surprise there is only one girl working there how can that be possible when I told her she said did you see the scratches before or after you tried them what does that have to do with anything omg I've never experienced such bad service in my life what's wrong with her I've shopped world wide with big brands but this was awful

Gorgeous and great designs, and I like that the products are made in Europe.
However, not just once but twice I’ve purchased products that have broken within half a year.

After just a few months of light wear, a strap on the Tanya slides snapped and the shoulder strap on the amber bag tore. I treat my things very carefully and think the lifespan for a $600 handbag should be longer.

I took the bag to my cobbler, who said the stitching was so small and tight and the leather was so stiff that the slightest tension would rip it like a perforated stamp. Even as more brands tout their “craftsmanship” it seems like there are fewer that actually seem to know how to produce durable and beautiful things. I’m sick of having to buy new stuff every season.

This was basically mall quality at ssense prices.

I usually don't write reviews. but I'm just unexpected of such a quality product. When there was a summer discount on the BYFAR website, I bought flip flops. flip flops did not match the description, they were not leather, they looked like $ 15, blue pen marks were visible on the skin, I think this is a fraud of buyers. I sent the flip flops back and got my money, but at the same time I paid $ 15 for shipping.

But they are so heavy! I can't lift my leg to even try to walk.

I was really really impressed by the service from Eliana. In fact, I can say that I had a shopping experience that only luxury brands had from her. I want to praise her good job and hopefully her company would notice what an angel they’ve got. Looking forward to buy from BY FAR again and more excited to meet Eliana again!!! Luv!!!

Manu bag is awful!!! Fall apart after first week, and then customer service don’t even answer me. I better buy aliexpress bag, even there it’s better quality☹️ They spend a lot of money on advertising and on Instagram influencers, but they don’t care about quality and don’t care about costumers experience!

I bought a pair of shoes on FarFetch which were extremely uncomfortable. Wearing them for half an hour tore the skin of the top of my feet because the shoe was very narrow. I have narrow feet so it’s not normally something I have to worry about. I had to wear rubber clogs for 10 days while they healed. I wrote to customer service about my experience and they just never replied which I find really callous. The price point is really misleading; these shoes are made to look good on Instagram but not to be worn.
