I recently had a great meal at Bryon in Norwich.
A couple of days later I visited Bryon in Cambridge.
Although we hadn’t even eaten there, I was helped by waiter Marco, who allowed us to use the washrooms, what a credit to the company, polite, friendly nothing too much trouble. Give this man a pay rise! Thanks Marco.
Call into Byron if your in Cambridge and ask to see this man he’s a legend in anybody’s lunchtime.

One of those companies that literally killed one of its customers through cavalier attitude to allergies and labelling only to issue the usual ‘we deeply regret’ corporate nonsense without compensating the family - would never set foot in their restaurants again

First time ordering from Byron on deliveroo. Really really good food arrived as hot as you could hope given there location website says to preheat your oven for the chips works perfectly and the burger was hot juicy and tasty and the free brownies and hand written bits on the boxes were a lovely touch

We ordered chicken burger from Byron Burgers last night. It was awful. NO taste on chicken, chips were soggy and arrived cold!!
As a result we threw our food away!
Never ever again!!

Worse burger I had for long time. It adds to what I just read on how they want to escape what they owe.
Will never eat there

This company has just changed its legal ownership so that it can walk away from what it owes its suppliers. This is immoral, cowardly and risks putting suppliers out of business. If you are supplying them .... stop ..... if you are a customer ..... eat somewhere else..... if you work there ..... find another job .... the people running this company don’t deserve to be in business.

Dreadful n shocking service. No communication. Lack of helpfulness. Don’t go there.

Byron MK at the City Centre was brilliant. They constantly ensured we were okay (and obviously served brilliant food). We had two lovely servers (not sure on names) a male and a female (I think had red hair). I was feeding my baby when my food came and the lovely lady asked if my food wanted to be put under the heater (never been offered before by other restaurants and cafes)!

They were super! Super service. Super staff - a real credit to MK Byron.

Byron Bury ST Edmunds. Went for lunch today, our first visit.
Chicken burger had lots of watery sauce on it which tasted strongly of vinegar and made the roll wet as it dripped everywhere. Plate was left with a pool of oily water on it.
Cheesy chips (we thought it would be grated cheese) were chips covered in a sloppy processed squeezy bottle style cheese. Again it oddly tasted of vinegar. The meal was sloppy.
Le Bleu burger was better but not much cheese so not much flavour. Average thin chips.
A small salad garnish would have balanced it a bit and added some freshness.
I thought it was expensive for what we received.
£15 for each burger and chips and £3.25 for a can of fizzy Orange.
Overall the food was not great and the wet chicken meal, taste wise and visually, made us feel a bit queezy. It was expensive and doubt we will return.
Service was excellent though. Friendly helpful staff.

Very disappointing visit, this chain has gone downhill. Went into the restaurant and manageress just say "hi - sorry, we run out of beef burgers" What???

Usually very VERY good burgers and sides. Service is a bit of a problem recently. We were told to stand in a queue at Canary Wharf. This Byron is my very frequent local. There were actually 10 empty tables but a queue of people waiting outside to be seated. Firstly, I don't queue for a hamburger place but being asked to stand waiting when there are 10 empty tables is beyond rude ..... in my book that is. Staff said they were very short staffed but that does not explain being told to stand outside. 1st strike. 3 and your out!

I visited this restaurant in Chiswick a couple of days ago
I was greeted by a very nice gentleman called Antonio
He showed us to our table he was very polite and very professional in his job
Iv been to many restaurants and the service is by far the best I have had
This company should be very pleased to have someone like Antonio on there team

No calorie information on their menu. One star I’m afraid. Happy to five-star this review once the transparency of the menu is increased.

Good quality burgers, always friendly, and a light and airy restaurant. Great for kids too!

I know sloppy burgers are so 2015 but I really enjoyed them back then and never reviewed them, so I have given them a 5 star review for all those burgers I enjoyed previously. To be honest, nowadays I prefer a good old fashioned crispy lettuce and tomato salad in my burger rather than a gooey oily melted cheese and onion combo ... but that's just my change of taste!

I normally eat at Byron Kensington, the food is always nice, environment is good, and staff are very friendly. Recommend them.

The burgers were ok but not up to standard with those at competitors ie gbk. I was waiting a long time for my drink so drunk it fast and had to wait even longer to be asked if I wanted another by that time it would have been quicker to go to the shop up the road for a drink rather than wait to be offered another
