I got behind in arrears
I got behind in arrears, because i had to pay the rent because my partner got made redundant. Called the arrears department. One guy was not too bad and said he can help me make with the arrwars by upping the amount monthly till it was paid off, but i had to call back the next day because the guy that dealt with it was in then. So i called back the next day to be told thats not going to happen and they wouldnt be entertaining it and i had to pay the arrears in one. It went on for a few week to then be told i had to pay the whole amount of the car in one or it would be getting put up for auction. Fastforward to today, its now taken and to be honest if anyone was to ask me about your compant i would tell them to stay away because your as helpful as a dry wet wipe. I also want all the calls i made to the arrears department put onto a usb drive please, because i am going to give it to my friends dad who is a solicitor and ask him if its worth my time and money to sue. You can email me back asking for my information as i am not putting it on here.

Had no problems with collecting monthly payments always had a yearly
Invoice of payments and what interest there was
Paid loan off around 8 months early with no problems saving myself a good amount also payment finished
Customer service was quick and had no problems finishing account
