Solid financial products with improvements in speed of processes required
I got a motorcycle through CA Auto Finance. When at the dealership and credit scored, I was referred, which was a great surprise, but eventually was approved. As I’m sure about my creditworthiness, I can only assume that there must be some inefficiencies in the organisation’s systems. Other than that, there have been clear comms, easy to read documents and overall a smooth process. Finally, the actual finance products offered and went for in my case (50%/50% interest free) are absolutely spot on and consumer friendly. Only other thing I’d say is that they could increase the mileage from 4k to 6k per agreement.

Hard search without permission
Applied for finance through a broker was told only a soft search would be carried out. CA auto finance carried out had hard search without permission and will not remove it from my account. I was never offered finance from them so why make out I had

Not bad but frustrating
Ok, the online portal never works had a car prior to current car and had same problems with CA auto finance tried everything and still not working. Very frustrating.otherwise not bad.
