Have used Caccia several times over the past decade and highly recommend their service because they are timely, professional and have integrity in the quality of work they do. Caccia was able to schedule an appointment the next day for my problem. Technician arrived promptly within the early part is the quoted 2-hr window. He solved the initial problem and further proactively fixed a potential other problem on the spot. He left the work area spotless.

Repair person was on time, polite, took the time to introduce himself and explained everything. Although I probably could have chosen to have him do a minor repair to my garbage disposal, because of the age of my disposal, I opted to have him replace it. At no time did he pressure me to buy a new disposal!
