An easy transaction from start to finish
After contacting CameraWorld to request to sell some of my camera equipment, I was offered what I thought was a very reasonable valuation, so I went ahead with the sale. Because of the value, I was able to have the goods picked up from my home at their expense, and after just a couple of days, they got back in contact with me and stood by the valuation they had originally offered. Unfortunately, one lens was rejected as it had some fungus that I had not noticed, but they paid to return that lens as well. The money was in my bank within a day or two.
Overall, I was more than happy with all aspects of service, and would highly recommend CameraWorld.

Delivery time not as quoted
Communication with the sales team was good but my reason for an average review is the stated delivery time of 4-5 days turned into two and a half weeks. I had chosen Camera World based on a quick service as I wanted the camera for a birthday gift.

Abysmal service
Abysmal service. So consistently awful that I’m very suspicious of their positive reviews. Order placed over a month ago. I’ve had to write to them 4 times since and still don’t have total resolution. Initial order promised in 1 -4 days but I had to chase despatch on day 7. Significantly late arrival of 3 out of 4 items and one item that never arrived. I have written a further 3 times requesting (and being promised) refund for item not received, but a further 12 days have passed and money not returned. They are not to be trusted. Communication is appalling and they don’t keep their word. I’m so glad I tested the water with lower value purchases. I’d hate to have paid them a lot of money.

They take all of moneys plus next day delivery fee. And then sent me half of my order 3 days after. And said they will send rest of my order 1 mounth later. And never recived yet.
