The lens was well-packed, swiftly delivered, reasonably priced, and fits the camera. It is a spare one for a seven-week trip across Central Asia, just in case the main one fails in any way. I haven't had to use it so far, but so far so good!!

Not great this time, unusually
Not great this time, unusually! I'm a fan of your store and services, having bought my camera and lens from you, but this time, I ordered a V90 SD card which I needed for this Saturday. Popped in to collect it today (Thursday) and got told it was not in stock and didn't know when stock would be due. This could have been flagged at the time of purchase, so I could look elsewhere. Have now had to buy elsewhere, so more money gone and have written to you to cancel the order and request the refund, as told by the store to do, but still no acknowledgement of my email. Hopefully ill hear from you soon!

Still waiting for the item to be delivered. Called several times to chase, last time I called, I was told it will be here this week... not arrived yet!! Website states the item is in stock, yet I ordered on 23rd August and still waiting... wish I had gone elsewhere.

Not next day delivery
Ordered for next day delivery, quickly told service unavailable. Wasn't until I chased the order that I got any further updates and the item was then shipped.
Would have ordered elsewhere of I knew the next day service wasn't available as advertised.

After a hiccup with stock levels all…
After a hiccup with stock levels all was sorted by next day and my CANON EOS R7 was upgraded from an open box to a brand new unboxed camera. Received within 48 hours and all was good. Well packed, great service, couldn’t be more pleased, wonderful service.
I also talked to a real person in shop who was able to look my order up and sort it straight away.
I also later ordered the CANON 100-400 zoom lens and UV filter. They were waiting on stock for the HOYA UV filter so instead sent a HOYA skylight filter to use in the meantime and to keep at no extra charge. The filter arrived a couple of days later. Remarkable service that was beyond my expectations.
I have already recommended to friends and family

Great website. Easy ordering process. Let down slightly by the lack of communication. I was told I would receive an email telling me when my oder was despatched. I received the order today, but still await an email! Overall, very satisfied with the order though.

The binoculars are Fujinon 8 x 50 and although the Practica case is advertised as capable of holding larger binoculars the Fujinon 8 x 50 is a tight fit.

Good value for money and experience
Very happy with Cameraworld. I traded in my old camera for a R6 mk iii and the team was supportive and responsive all the way. I got a good price for my used equipment and good deal for the new one. Delivery was quick and everything was spot on.
