Don't waste your time or money. Item ordered 05.05.20 it is now 23.05.20 and I have tracked parcel and its not even been shipped.
I have asked for my money back. Given them 1 star as I'm hoping for my money back, otherwise it would be no stars. Will update accordingly if and when I receive a refund.
Refund received now with no questions asked so at least they have earned their 1 star

poor customer service.
poor customer service.. the support does not respond fast. Normally this kind of service already give you a hint that the owner of the store does not take seriously their customers. Requested now a Refund since I don't like waiting for nothing. I have a feeling my order was not even processed. Now waiting if they will refund my money.

Extremely poor service. Item showing online as stocked (still is) and 24-48 hr delivery so I ordered (paypal). Received a pleasant email thanking me for my order but no further communication. After several days I called to check the order status only to find that "they claimed" the item stock was all faulty and had been returned to the supplier. One star because I got an immediate refund. Believe their stories if you will but my advice - STAY WELL CLEAR

If there is one thing I cannot tolerate as a customer - being lied to.
Bought a replacement Dyson roller brush from this company on their website showing 'many in stock' 4-days ago and still shows 'many in stock' even now. Called today to ask where the item is, given a complete pack of lies by the phone operator. Was told it was on its way but couldn't give me the parcel consignment number as it was an 'internal' number which is BS. If you offer a Royal Mail tracked service and charge me for it I should be able to use the number Royal mail provide, but you didn't have one. Then said he would call back this morning with an update, if he can't locate the item he would get another one out today. I challenged him with just giving me the parcel ID, he threatened me with cancelling my order. Called this afternoon because obviously I didn't receive a call back as promised this morning and completely different story was provided to excuse why it hadn't been dispatched, they don't have any in stock and are waiting for new stock to arrive which I'm told is today. Cancelled my order couldn't be bothered facing more lies. Poor website, weak systems even worse customer service.

BROKEN PROMISES
We were trying to find some spares and Candor seemed to offer the best possible price.
Order was placed and after two weeks I chased only to be told "Oh the paperwork is just coming across now and we'll get them out to you". So after another two weeks I chased yet again only to be told "Yes the guy has just come in with them and we'll get them out to you on a 48hour service", so gave them the benefit of the doubt so waited for the two days.
Did they arrive? No. Refunded without hesitation though.
First time I've used them and it'll be the last. Avoid at all costs.
