Cannock Gates Avis

My previous post about happy experience with Cannock was unluckily removed, and sorry for unaware of Trustpilot email. I am ready to provide all record of purchase if they require now. After half year of use, I re-post again with more confidence. The aluminium side gate bought from and installed by Cannock costed me just more than £800. The process was smooth and the result a beautiful gate meeting expectation. Would recommend company like Cannock who provide both supply+install. The installer's advance visit record all requirement and Miss Laura Goode made all precise final adjustment. Efficient team work from start to the end. Recommend for improvement if they would consider adding a door handle holder in their product list. I bought an plastic hook from ebay £5 which perfectly hold the door against wind when open. And it would be perfect to add cement cover to the base of metal post against corrosion. Overall good service that deserve a credit.

Excellent quality gate. Exactly as described. Arrived promptly. Easy to install. Looks great!

Very competetive prices and very helpful staff, i had to change the sizes of gates twice since initial order being placed but laura sorted it for me with the greatest of ease

Simple well constructed gate fixings and post. All fitted easily and look good.

I found it really straightforward to choose and order my gates. They arrived on time and are very good quality.

Verry helpful and polite and verry good after sales

Good quality made to measure gate great price, it looks good with my new fence have recommend to friends and family

Lovely gate, well made and exactly as described. I just wish that the lead-in time was shorter.

Order Number CAN-9572 and paid £1,626.00 on 20th October.
Emailed on 14th November for a delivery update, no response
Phoned on 21st November, no update but promised to they would ring me back, no one has!

Avoid them!!

Had my aluminium gate on for a month now and unfortunately the latch is rusting already and clearly not fit for purpose. Gates seem to be manufactured in China and come with very cheap accessories. Wouldn’t cost much to the business to increase the quality of these accessories.

Good quality gate, now fitted. Could have done with better information about expected delivery date when ordered.

Very good quality gate. Arrived on time. Very friendly delivery staff.
I was however disappointed that the fittings pack did not include suitable screws. I emailed about this, but received no response. For such a quality, costly product, I would expect the fittings pack to include all that is needed

The gates we as advertised, good quality timber and well constructed. The delivery delivery was to schedule, well packaged.

These are really well built gates. We provided the size and the gates came sized and ready to be fitted. The fitting instructions could be improved but fitting the gate was quite straight forward and once fitted the gate provides good security and looks great.

Build quality and finish excellent, delivery very good

These gates are beautifully made and look a lot more expensive than they were.

Helpful advice over phone. Pleasant, friendly delivery person, put the gates inside my garden exactly where I asked as too heavy to move myself.

Good website. Easy to order. Swift uncomplicated delivery.

Arrived exactly as ordered & prompt
