I have been ordering from canvases for a few years now and in those orders I have bought quite a few vapes, juices etc. I usually would give a 5 and have referred them to many people who now buy from them. Usually it’s always amazing. Fast shipping. For the first time I have experienced a warranty issue (a couple days after getting 1 out of 2 vapes) the touch screen stopped working. Meaning I can see voltage, wattage, battery etc. I emailed them right away and the service is horrible. Takes days between them replying to you. Person was kinda rude. And $26 in shipping to send back a $54 vape… hense minus the 2 stars. Great company to order and get fast, but horrible customer service…. If this is way it is for warranty and amount of money I spend, I may be looking for another company.

In the words of the beloved iconic television character, Al Bundy : "All kidding aside, run. Run hard, run now, run silent...run deep. Run like Mexican water through a first time tourist. But the key word here is, RUN."

And that's my advice to anyone considering to do business with Canvape. I placed my order on March 1, 2026 & they accepted my payment immediately.

Today (March 2, 2026) I get an e-mail from them which states (and I quote) :

"Your order has been canceled
Order #PV97033 was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded."

Their Customer Service team contacted me via email & advised me that the reason they canceled my order is because despite having the same last name & address as me, because his first name is different than mine (on the credit card I used to place the order), it goes against their policy.

I should've known not to do business with this company. They seemed very sketchy to me, because they have two websites (canvape.com & on.canvape.com). They claim the latter is for ordering purposes.

Now I'm out $115.09, because I had to use my son's credit card (I don't use credit cards), and I already paid my son the money.

youre better off trying to vape mud water than order juice from these guys

Wrong shipping information given to me, unnecessary hold ups sending out items, rude service.

Placed order was billed got confirmation then next day got email that order was cancelled and pmt has not yet been refunded due to unforeseen circumstances. What's unforeseen? I ordered things that site said we're in stock. And order was confirmed so wth!? And now i wait who knows how long to get my money back! THE WEEK OF XMAS!

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed a $140 order with “free shipping” then they emailed me that I owe $13 for additional shipping because of Canada post. So I canceled the order. Customer service was extremely rude. Never got my refund. Will be contacting my credit card today for a chargeback. Wish I read all the negative reviews before ordering.

As someone who has ordered previously on canvape I’ve always taken advantage of their over 99.00 shipping is free. Canvape posts this on their website BUT emails you asking for additional funds due to the rise in shipping costs. This is very sneaky business. Do not advertise free shipping over 99 if you do not intend to stick by your website. It is posted all over the site. When I said you’re false advertising they basically held my order hostage until I paid the extra shipping. There are many other online shops that do not do dirty business which I will happily spend my money at. This was just a warning for those who fall for their false advertising.

Very rude customer service. Send them an email and see for yourself. One word answers, and a lack of care for quality customer service. If your package is misdelivered they tell you you’re out of luck unless you pay for route insurance. Canada Post has $100 of insurance included in the postage paid. But mention you’ll do a chargeback for products not received and see how quick they do a 180 and submit a service ticket with Canada Post. Recent court judgement defines what "delivery" means and forcing customers to pay for route insurance is not legal

I just had a great experience using their online shop to order 5 disposable vapes to my home in Calgary. the items arrived quickly, delivery was free, great sales price and hassle free ordering. good job.

Poor customer service, and for some stupid reason make it so you have to recieve the package at home, I can't sit around all week waiting for some shit because they picked a stupid ass option.

Worst customer service. These people suck at everything.

Don't waste your money on their garbage juices. No flavour at all. Shop somewhere else.
