Pakket is nooit geleverd door DHL. Vermoedelijk ligt de fout bij DHL maar Capter One is eindverantwoordelijk. Na ruim 4 weken nooit een pet ontvangen of mijn geld retour. Klantenservice is zeer traag... Voir plus

Hat is so cheap and nasty
Hat is so cheap and nasty, same hat is on Aliexpress for £4 when I’ve paid £29 on capterone. Feel a bit ripped off ask to return it and I now have the send it to the Netherlands.

CapterOne - Disappointing
I ordered 5 hats from them and they basically lost my order. They didn’t reach out or let me know until I emailed them after 2 weeks of no delivery. They resent me my order and I didn’t end up getting the hats until 5 weeks from the day I placed the order. Their advertising is also misleading as it says “Born in Amsterdam”, however the hats are made and shipped from China. When received, the hats are OK, not the best quality. I could have just ordered these off AliExpress instead, so I regret paying these guys a premium.
I’d say 2 stars and not a 1 star since they at least responded to my emails.

Avoid at all costs.

They don't reply to emails
They don't reply to emails. After I paid for the hat, no shipping/delivery update whatsoever. Been trying to reach them for almost 2 weeks. Will be filing a chargeback against them.
