This is simple since the merchandise will come back to you guys, why not send me a new set of merchandise.

This company by far has the worst Custmer service ever. I made two separate purchases and both packages had issues with delivery, they refused to send out another package to me rather made me wait for over 6 weeks until they received the package back before sending me another set. I don’t recommend them.

Terrible return policys - Still uses USPS!!

OMG - they still use USPS, wish I had known as I wouldn't have bought anything from a company that uses USPS, I returned my item on May 1st, and by May 18th they still hadn't checked it in so now I have to pay an extra after pay payment, the incompetence is mind-blowing and their customer service is terrible.... no way would I buy from here again when they sell the same generic name brands everywhere with quick easy return policies.

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a pair of shorts using a coupon code I had. I returned them because they were too big and I wanted to order the same shorts in a smaller size. I reached out to customer service asking if I could have a coupon code or pay the same price for the smaller size shorts I returned. I was told that's not possible.

so so sketchy

just spent almost 700 $ on their site- they did not decline the transaction it is in my processing nearly 48 hours later. Did not get an order confirmation email- nothing. Then 48 hours later they reach out with a super sketchy email saying that they declined the transaction due to security questions or some weird stuff like that when I literally entered my credit card information straight from the card and purchase multiple other things from other sites that day without any issue. Now 48 hours later I get this email from their customer service weirdly asking me to provide a second phone number and a second email and somehow that’s going to verify me. They also requested I send a screenshot of the transaction being processed on my bank account app. I find this incredibly bizarre and if they were any kind of honest legitimate company and really did declined the charge then it would not be in my processing like that anymore. I saved and saved and saved and wanted these shoes that I purchased more than Anything and this is how they were awarded a loyal customer. I’m sorry do you know many people with multiple phone numbers? And how would providing another phone number or another email verify me in any way shape or form??? It is like they are using my purchase as leverage to extract my personal info from me. It’s just so bizarre going to file a BBB complaint now. So frustrated I even paid for expedited shipping because I needed these for an event and they just act like it’s no big deal that they now have both my money and the most expensive shoes ive ever purchased. I am totally shocked.

Appalling awful service

I bought a non refundable gift card that was never emailed to me. They placed the status of the order as “on hold” and it has not changed. Multiple emails to customer service have gone unanswered. I left a comment asking for help on their Instagram and they simply removed the post altogether. I will never shop from here again. Absolutely appalling “customer service”

Sold Faulty perfect moment ski suit

Got a Perfect Moment ski suit from them which even on sale retails over $500 and wore it three times and the zipper came off in my hand. their return policy is within 30 days which makes sense if it's an item that's not stocked more than one year or relevant to a trend or sale.. this is a ski suit purchase during the pandemic when this business needed any purchases they could get and instead of honoring the loyalty of a customer, I've sent them photos of the faulty zipper and they refused to replace it citing their return policy. If you get sold a defective product it shouldn't matter whether it's 30 days or not even the brand concurred that they should honor a return. Will be taking the complaint public to the next level and will never shop with them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two pairs of biker shorts and a pair of leggings. It took 8 days for my order to arrive. When it arrived I had a pair of blue biker shorts that had a stain on them. Then I was sent a sports bra, with the same pattern as the leggings, but not the leggings. When I called to ask about the missing leggings, I was told they didn't have them in stock. Why did you sell them to me and charge me $108 if you didn't even have them? Then they tell me I have to drive to the post office to send back the sports bra, they can't have fedex or UPS come pick it up. So because you sent me the wrong thing, I have to now be inconvenienced by taking it to the post office to send it back to you? They offered me a $20 store credit, which I would still have to add money to that to make a purchase because nothing they sell is $20. Why would I want to buy anything else from your company? When I asked to speak to a manager the customer service rep asked me why? Um, to discuss this experience and how you all have failed to remedy your mistake. We'll give you your money back for the leggings, you should! You didn't ship them and you don't have them!

Happy Fast returns/ love this company

I ordered from them for the first time. I ended up not liking how the Takara legging looked in me so I returned. The return was easy and fast. I returned my order to a Fedex location and within an hour I got my money returned to my bank card. I recommend them easy returns. Great company! Dane believe other people who say returns are hard.

The sizing is TOTALLY off

I wear a size 2, and I purchased the Marvel leggings in Rose Gold (size small.) They are SO tiny, they would barely fit a slim 8 year old girl. I have never seen any sizing so "off" in my entire life. My boyfriend said they look like they would fit on a toy. Order at least 2 sizes up here. Seriously.

The WORST customer service experience. Returns are a nightmare. Never ever buying from them again. Terrible quality, overpriced and impossible to return.

NIGHTMARE

NIGHTMARE! I sent a return back over a MONTH ago now and the tracking says it keeps getting pushed back week after week. This is unacceptable. I want my refund. I cannot get ahold of anyone from their customer service department to help me. I will not be ordering from them again.

Unacceptable...

This is in line with the other negative reviews listed here. No one answers the phone and it has been over a month since I ship my return. Originally I thought it was delayed due to the holidays and Covid however, the tracking date for my return keeps getting pushed back and now is not scheduled to arrive until mid January. This is outrageous I want my $200+ refund.

I purchased a pair of WOMEN'S AIR FORCE 1 SAGE LOW (Size 8) 12/27. My credit card was charged $119.08, which included expedited shipping; however, I never received a confirmation email for my order. I sent multiple emails to the address specified on the FAQ page, in addition to calling the phone number (which is ALWAYS “outside of business hours”?!?!). I just want my shoes, please and a refund for the “expedited shipping”.

Losing a good customer! Nightmare returns.

I’ve been a long time customer. The company since Covid hit has been lacking customer service. I returned two items on 11/16 using the label they provided, and it’s 12/9 but still no refund. This is nearly 30 days now. That’s excessive even during Covid delays. I contacted customer service and the back and forth emails with the rep named India are so frustrating. My order number clearly was referenced, and she writes me back to ask the order number, the next email asks me which items I returned, which is easily identifiable in their system because you have to select the item for return before they submit a label to return it. Her latest email says she is checking with the warehouse. Each of these back and forth emails is one day each, further delaying the refund process. It seems intentional to keep my $300+ tied up with them. It’s beyond frustrating so when I purchased my Black Friday items and received them, I immediately turned around and sent them back. Another $300+ tied up in those and will likely be January before I get a refund. It’s just ridiculous C38, what in the world happened to your service levels. Covid is not even an excuse that is valid at this point.

You will never reach anyone on the phone! They will email several days later and not address the issue. Mine was a return and reading that you have 7 days for a return finally got a reply of someone looking up my order to tell me it was a thanksgiving sale so final sale.
Which I did not see that at check out or when I ordered at all. I had several orders and it had final sale with items that were already marked down. I would think they would have at least an exchange policy what if an item does not fit. The item I bought and tried to return was $350 with thanksgiving day sale $279 not including tax. Also, shiny items came with folded creases.

Lost order????

Poor customer service

My tracking says my return was received almost three weeks ago. I have emailed Carbon38 twice to inquire about the status of my package with no response. No one answers the customer service number either. Won’t be shopping here again.

Wrote to the company that my order…

Wrote to the company that my order wasn’t received but there was no response. The order was received 3 days late and the crop tops that state they are for yoga and other activity are not at all suitable for activity. The straps fall off every 2 min. Other items I’ve purchased have quickly fallen apart without any response from the company.
