THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A SCAM, IRREPONSIBLE, THEY ONLY CARE IS TO FRAUD THE PEOPLE OF THERE MONEY !!!

I was sent three cartons of medical supplies and 2 months later was sent an $1,100 bill. Nobody called and told me that I would be receiving a bill for this product. I have been called multiple times about it and explained to them that I didn't authorize these charges and I'm not going to be able to pay for it. I also commented on how the pharmacy normally wouldn't even put through a prescription for over $50 without notifying me, how could they send $1100 worth of something without asking if I wanted it? I would have refused it. Now they're threatening to put me into collections. I shouldn't be responsible for this because I didn't authorize it, they can't just spend my money and nobody is doing anything to work with me on this, all they're doing is calling me and asking me to make a payment. Beware when getting anything from this company and check with your insurance prior to and see what your responsibility is going to be, because they're not letting you know ahead of time!!!

Very bad experience with CareCentrix.
I call to ask about my balance before making a payment, and they tell me a specific amount that I pay. Later, I get another bill, and they say my payment was applied to a different month.
Their billing process is confusing and dishonest, and customer service does not take responsibility. I would not recommend this company — they need to improve their communication and accuracy with patients.
