Does what it said on the listing. Identified bona fide residential care homes near me that had the best track record. Made me a neat shortlist without having to faff about looking up non-performers.No different in reverse to what i would do as an estate agent on a match. We decided on one of the recommendations made. Many thanks for all your help at what has been quite a stressful time. Would recommend-and have done to clients, whilst doing my job! Alan Bennett

Parklands care home in bloxwich it's a lovely place to come and live the staff am really helpful they look after ya and the residents the food excellent can have a stroll round the gardens when it's warmer I'll give park lands 100%

Very helpful,friendly and efficient
I found the website very helpful with sufficient detail to shortlist homes that fitted our criteria to visit. The phone call was extremely helpful in assisting me to prioritise the areas of need to focus on and was friendly and understanding at what is stressful time.

I wrote a great review for a member of staff which I meant every word (then) The same staff member phoned me today 17/4/26 to basically tell me they can't help me anymore as I never took up any of the referrals given, but they were emailed telling them I have to put things on hold, as I had just received a phone call from my Mother's doctor in England and it was NOT very good news, I am very disappointed in this as they are basically telling me, my Mother is of no importance. They have really NO idea what I'm dealing with or going through. I will NEVER try them again. No One or Anything is more IMPORTANT than my Mother.

Platform for fake reviews
While the website provides some good information about Carehomes it has become pretty obvious that many reviews are fake!
It seems little or no action is taken when to verify or vet the positive 5 star reviews.
