Caremax - Compressor Nebuliser.

Bought the Caremax - Compresser Nebuliser. Tried using for the first time due to an illness that required administering medicine by means of aerosol. It seemed that the nebuliser cup was the issue. No matter what I tried to do to troubleshoot, it failed to produce aerosol.
I recommend anyone in the future that purchases this nebuliser to a test run before seriously requiring it as you maybe relying on equipment that is anything but reliable.

Do not use this company !!

I ordered products and got no tracking info email. When querying when it will be shipped , they said sent yesterday and gave me Aramax tracking number. When querying Aramax they said Hi Tania ,
Thank you for your recent online enquiry. Our records indicate there is no proof of pickup for this consignment or any scans within our network.
Accordingly, we are unable to proceed further with this matter at this time. Caremax have not responded. It is supposed to shop from victoria. Lodged a dispute with paypal. be very careful !

You selected free standard shipping, which is stated on our website to take 5–7 business days. If an order is required within a shorter timeframe (e.g., within 3 days in your case), we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout to ensure timely delivery.

Our free shipping service may be fulfilled by either Australia Post or Aramex, depending on our system’s allocation. Tracking details are sent once the order is dispatched, but sometimes tracking scans may take time to update on the courier’s system.

We do understand how frustrating it can be if tracking information does not show immediate progress. Our team had replied with the tracking number and is following up with the courier to confirm the status.

FAKE,LIES AND UNAUSTRALIAN

THIS COMPANY IS FALSE ADVERTISING they are not Australian owned or operated at all. They get shipped from China, then they take out any china adaptors ect then send it from their VIC warehouse . I just wrote a MASSIVE review on another site then it got deleted because they only post good reviews. They have a few bad ones to make it look more legit I guess . RED FLAGS shipping takes so long for such a short distance in Australia, customer service never get back to u unless u are pushy.Stating a discount if u post to their fb or Instagram which they haven't used in 2yrs but still advertise fb and Instagram on their website, Having to send wrong or faulty product back b4 they resolve it and cost is on u, directions are clearly not direct which is how the chinese directions are. Packaging is terrible, no tracking to track from actual place. Australian express is never 10 days. I have so much on this company and they won't change their advertising to let their customers know it's shipped from China. Do your homework and don't back down from these smug people, they will throw everything at you to manipulate u into being in the wrong. I told them to play fair but they were rude, showed no compassion to me being a severely depressed single mother with a son with special needs, raising 3 kids on my own and grieving. Not one are you ok? or not even a sorry for the disgusting packaging. All they did was kept tying to cover their arses. I can't post pics here but if you seen what I received you would understand my anger. Once I stared chucking all this evidence of their mistakes, they refunded my whole order quick smart but still had to try be smug. In their words they said if you want Australian products your best shopping at a Australian site????? UM YOU HAVE HOW AUSTRALIAN YOU ARE ALL OVER YOUR WEBSITE. I couldn't believe what I was reading. Then said China are starting to make better products and it's cheaper for them to buy from there then Europe or America. I have read so many reviews of people not receiving their item, which happens alot when coming from China, people having faults like the pads not working or sticking (which we know happens when not good quality) like they state their products to be the best and tested . I have proof they are from china. Pics of the large packaged box I got said China all over it and had Chinese writing and was so bashed up and even when I opened it the products were faulty, not sealed or cheap looking.Just the audacity of them sending me such rubbish, they couldn't even be bothered to hide their mistakes. They will send you the terms and conditions but Will cut the top half off that says 3o day money back NO MATTER WHAT(I compared my older emails with them to newer ones and they leave out the money back . They contradict them selves in their terms. Even if your product is faulty they expect you to pay for shipping back before they give you a refund and even then they try make out the customer is wrong so they don't have to refund BUT ERRR ITS 30 DAY MONEY BACK NO MATTER WHAT. They started getting nasty stating they contacted the tga, accc, local police lol for what, I'm not sure? Maybe them being a untrustworthy company. So I'm very very suprised the tga and accc are allowing them to mislead customers with the false advertising, because they definitely aren't Australian operated.I could write about this company for hours as I've researched them day in and out. They throw different terms at different people depending on if they think they can pull the wool over their eyes. I have bad depression and don't need companies ripping me off when I'm trying to buy products for my depression in the first place. They offered a final resolution of a tens machine (apparently top of the line) and I said send me a few more things, let me try them out and I'll review them, let's see if they are worth the 100s of dollars we spend. OHHH they didn't like the tables being turned on them and got nasty with bringing up some lawyer ect. So threating me because I am pulling them up to be honest. I told them to be fair and we could of come to some resolution THAT WERE ON MY TERMS AS WELL not only theirs. But they like to be in control. Don't know what they were worried about if i tried some of their products and review them. I've spent 100s of dollars at this company, when I prob could of got the same on ebay fo
. I wish I could tell everyone everything I know but there is honestly to much and this goes yrs back to up until this day. PEOPLE plz remember, if tracking in Australia is long then it's usually coming from China. False advertising , manipulating of customers. Changing terms and conditions to suit their needs, straight out lying and I could go on and on and on but now you know why it takes so long. NEVER EVER BUYING FROM THIS DECEIVING COMPANY AGAIN. I will write as many reviews I can to warn as many people I can.

As mentioned in our previous emails, many of our products are sourced from China, and the packaging is provided by our Chinese supplier. We have never refused to admit this. We reused this packaging to ship your order, and we apologize if this caused any inconvenience.

You have placed multiple orders with us, as you noted, and we’ve always allowed you to return products at our expense when you changed your mind. For your most recent order, you again requested a free return, despite the product being in good working condition. As per our return policy and ACCC guidelines, customers are entitled to a return only if the product is faulty. If a customer changes their mind, it is up to the business to decide whether or not to accept the return. While we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is clearly stated on our website, customers are responsible for the return postage. Since you have consistently refused to pay for return postage, we provided you with a return label to make the process easier.

Given that you have been a repeat customer, we wanted to resolve the issue amicably. As a gesture of goodwill, we processed full refunds for your last order and even offered you our latest model to try free of charge. These efforts were made to ensure customer satisfaction. However, you remain dissatisfied and have requested additional free products to try, with a total value exceeding $2,000. Alongside this, you made unfounded threats regarding the TGA and ACCC. Your claims, as stated in your feedback, are not substantiated. For example, our products have never been recalled by the TGA, and this information is publicly available on the TGA website. Additionally, the shipping label clearly indicates that the products were shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. If you examine the label on your packaging photo, it confirms shipment from Melbourne. We also allow our customer to pick up order within 24 hours.

It is unfortunate that despite our numerous efforts to address your concerns, the situation remains unresolved. That said, we kindly ask that you return the fully refunded products using the label we provided.

4 Colour LED mask…

Caremax sold me a 4 Colour LED mask stating on their website that the brand is Lescolton. In fact what you get for over AUD 220 is a Chinese made product which is not Lescolton-made and you can get it for USD 68 elsewhere on the Made in China website. The Chinese manufacturer claims the mask is Cletina but it is not as Cletina masks have the brand name printed on it.

Caremax shows a doctored image of the mask on its website in which the “brand name” i.e. “Face mask Photon Rejuvenation etc etc” has been removed.

Intentional misinformation :(

Thank you for your review. Our LED mask is indeed from the Lescolton brand, which you can find on their official website: https://lescoltonglobal.com/shop/. or you can contact them to verify us Caremax is the authorised distrubtor of their products in Australia.

While it’s true that there are many similar-looking products on sites like AliExpress, despite the identical appearance, the craftsmanship of Lescolton products is different. The number of LED lights in the mask also varies. When comparing products, it's important to consider not just price and appearance, but also technical specifications.

Lastly, we have never claimed that our product is from the Cletina brand, as this is not mentioned anywhere on our website. Since our mask resembles Cletina’s, the images may have caused some confusion. However, the technical specifications of our product are comparable to, if not better than, those of Cletina’s masks, but at a more affordable price. You could think of us as a cost-effective alternative, delivering the same results at a lower price.
