Having made contact via a comparison website, I received a very quick email reply from Mike. A few questions back and forth and the finance agreement was sent out. 2 days later, all approved. The admin was handled very efficiently by Lorraine. As the car was in stock, delivery was arranged for the same date as my old car was being collected. Everything happened as planned and arranged. Seamless.

As a first time car leaser I found this company to be all round excellent! Very good attention to detail and communication. All questions answered swiftly. Big thanks especially to Lorraine.

The whole process was very straight forward and the price was as good as I could find anywhere else online. His professionalism was outstanding, and the whole process felt genuinely enjoyable. Where many companies fall short is after‑care, but that certainly wasn’t the case here. My delivery was handled by Lorraine, who was brilliant throughout, transparent, proactive, and consistently on the ball. When the car arrived unclean, I contacted her straight away, and she resolved the issue immediately and without any fuss. I will absolutely be returning to Car Leasing Online when my contract ends, and I hope both Glen and Lorraine are still there.
