Ordered a small part for my Ford Fiesta which arrived, well packaged, several days sooner than advised even with the Christmas post, excellent.

What a shambles of a company avoid at all costs. Ordered a wiper motor after 2 months of use it was blowing fuses for fun. Tried to return but no luck. Lesson learned, 1* is to much

I ordered a gear stick knob. And it had a few weeks delivery on it. Time had passed and I chased up delivery. Apparently it had been delivered the week before which I had never received. Apparently Evri had left it outside but have been unable to tell me where.
I have asked for a replacement or a refund and they said they are unable to go this due to it not being their fault. Few red flags here.
I did not agree to being left anywhere. Very disappointed. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordering was fine although i got the wrong parts, returns is a joke took over a week for a return label then over 2 weeks after they had received it to be processed for refund talk about snail pace , this would put me off using again especially when i thought the right part was coming.

I ordered a Fiat Ducato hub cap, having selected "new only" on the website filter. I didn't check when selecting I had actually picked a used one. It was dirty, scratched, smelly and totally unsuitable as a decorative item.
They promptly sent me a return slip, no quibbling. However, it was 16 days from them receiving my return, to me receiving my money. I consider this unnecessarily long, and won't be trusting this company again.

Dreadful, orders wipers £14.43, they didn’t arrive, weeks later after numerous emails, they said they were lost in transit, and would send another set out, these too did not arrive, I’ve waited a month to get refunded, and they’re still saying 10-14 days. A joke. I went to Halfords, I paid £5 more , but the fitted them for free. I’m 78 and I couldn’t recommend this company

Item never arrived and then customer service stopped replying to emails!!!

Bought an angle grinder stand for £30 on ebay only to find that there were other sellers selling for £18. Informed these people they told me I could send it back under their 90 day returns policy which I will after pay delivery. This company's products are not cheaper. Don't make my mistake, shop round. If you buy and want to return you will pay. They also stated that sealy do not sell direct to the public?

Pretty much ripped off.. a week goes by and nothing, email customer service..nothing wait on hold for 20 mins ..no one picks up twice in 1 day I've tried I'm assuming I'm gonna chalk my 70.00 up to a loss ..no shipping info..I can't even log into my account it says error on their web page .

I have been working on my Dads 55 Chevy Bellair and every time I can't find something for it locally I call these guys. I spoke to Paul and he was able to help me find a brake line connector that I couldn't find anywhere! Thanks again Paul!
