I have used this company for a number…

I have used this company for a number of years now. Just had 5th lot of flooring fitted, never had any issues the sales team & office team are helpful & knowledgeable. The flooring supplied and fitted is of high quality i have recommended them to friends and family all of whom have been happy with the service they have received. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Carpets paid weekly was recommended to me from a friend who had used them.
I am glad I went with them, a rep came out and measured up. I paid a deposit and after my 1st payment was received my flooring was fitted.
Great service very pleased.
Will be getting you back for other rooms.

I am a returning customer of carpets…

I am a returning customer of carpets paid weekly that I can 100% vouch for. We had a full house done with a mixture of carpets and laminate flooring and blinds at our windows.
We sold our house a couple of months ago sadly due to a health condition, and I can honestly say everything was still like new.
We bought a bungalow and carpets paid weekly was the first thing I booked I knew I would get fabulous service and didn’t have to wait to long to get them all fitted again. 1st class service with a choice of paying cash or even weekly if I wished.
Great company suits all budgets. A big thank you once again.

AVOID this company as they will take…

AVOID this company as they will take your money from your bank AFTER you cancel an agreement, my sister who is vulnerable and of pension age paid a 40 pound deposit and signed an agreement then a few days later cancelled and was told she would lose her deposit wich was fine as it was in the very small print on the agreement she signed, she was also told no more payments would come out of her bank as she had cancelled the agreement and the fitting date, however they lied as they DID take more money, they took 60 pound on the Saturday so she couldn't do anything over the weekend with the office being closed, it left her struggling to pay other bills like gas and electric, my sister cant afford this as she is a pensioner but this company has no empathy they dont care who they rip off in broad daylight its absolutely disgusting! I will update this review if anything changes but i doubt it as they have a history of doing this with vulnerable people and reading these reviews its very obvious so PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! My advice is if you decide to cancel also call your bank and block any future payments as they WILL continue to try and take payments even though you cancel the agreement, it literally is daylight robbery!!!! The owner Steve is the rudest and most ignorant person I've ever met...EDIT..your reply is noted and I won't contact your office after the very bad communication in the past from the owner of the company, was very upset and surprised to be spoken to so rudely by the owner after a misunderstanding about the one and only payment that was ever late, after paying them thousands ( i still have the agreements)
I was left owing them 150 pound and the harassment that followed was horrendous, Steve came to my door over a year later without any warning demanding payment and threatening to wait for his fitters to come into my house to remove a carpet if I didnt pay, i dont even own the carpet anymore as the agreement was from 2022, I live alone and we lost my mum only a month previously so had a lot if funeral costs, also I have health issues so I rang the police, the outcome was that a harassment charge was filed so if he comes back again I've been told to ring the police back immediately, didn't want to go into all this but your reply has encouraged me as you seem to have left all that out when you mention my account, its nice to be nice so you have an amazing day too and it's just a pity you was not so nice in previous conversations, my sister told me that you've now texted her saying your in London and will sort it when you get back so hopefully you will reimburse her however that won't be until monday at least NOT on a Saturday so shes still 60 pound short for her bills all weekend, it shouldn't happen!! your very polite on trust pilot with your replies and your sarcastic smiling emoji but I see you 👀
I stand by everything I've said about this company and advise people to avoid and look for another company, also I have replied to your company plenty via emails and phone calls but admittedly i cut contact because of the way you treated me at the time, I haven't received anymore correspondence for over a year until you unexpectedly turned up at my door last month and even then you couldn't be nice. Your not helping people as you say! you are profiting greatly with your huge interest, average quality carpets, poor fitting and as for the king size bed I got from your company it was put together so badly I could never open or use the drawer, however when people are struggling they resort to using these companies but please don't say your helping people, thats just laughable!

Firstly I’d like to apologise to your sister for this, but your sister has been contacted and this has been looked into and will be resolved for her even on a Saturday.

Secondly you say we don’t care who we rip off which is totally untrue we do not rip anyone off we provide a service for people who either would prefer to pay in instalment's or who can’t afford at the time to go out and pay for flooring in one big hit. This isn’t ripping people off it’s helping them.
I believe ripping someone off is buying something and not paying for it!! or a company taking money and not returning it if an error has been made. This isn’t the case

Lastly Linda Barnes would you also like to contact the office about your account as I believe they’ve been trying to contact you for a considerable amount of time. Thank you and have and amazing weekend

At no point did I mention anything other than can you contact the office to discuss your account as this seems to be the only way you reply to the company.

Do not use this company, very quick to come take the deposit will message you all day long nonstop about money and to inform when it needs to be paid but soon as it’s paid their ignorant unwilling to answer any queries you have, don’t waste your time ringing the office they won’t answer, they don’t give you a time or confirmation on the day or any indication that their even going to arrive. The fitter was one of the most horrible people I’ve met in my life I honestly didn’t even want to let him into the house, pulling his face about parking even though we have a private car park which was about 30% full - huffing and puffing about carrying the flooring up, trying to find a problem anywhere he could “fridge is in the way, washers in the way it needs to be unplugged” since when? Knowing full well it all can be moved all round, he has no respect for your home or your neighbours the way he was throwing the packs of laminate down after bringing them up was unnecessary all because he couldn’t be bothered his attitude was awful can’t put what I really think about him on here - will never ever use this company again, on top of all that they’ve used cheapest of cheap materials and cut corners, floors botched and beading is botched (pictures attached) maybe get more than 1 fitter on the job and look at the people your hiring instead of making it the customer’s problem. Would never recommend this poor excuse of a business absolute waste of time which I’m now having to spend more money on fixing this sad job, save your money and get a proper professional in to do it not someone they’ve just found off the street, make sure you do your research it’s something I should’ve done but only just now reading previous reviews which are surprise surprise identical to what I’ve just stated. Cowboys.

Update: spoken to the owner, didn’t even have it in him to apologise, blamed us for the sales rep putting down the wrong floor tried back tracking over and over then after telling him how unhappy I am paying for something that’s been done badly his response was “well your not paying outright for it your paying weekly” even though I paid a £310 deposit and handing over £260 to the fitter which I didn’t really want to hand over but he was treating to rip the flooring back up, your business is a joke and your attitude is rotten.

Got this outfit on social media..on 03/24 …paid 50 dept on measuring

These have took 5x£40 each month..

We had a issue with the fitter they sent…and vinyl was left unfitted

Still 15/08 it’s still not fitted….

Don’t use this company bent has they come.
Absolute joke of a company..

I’ve changed my bank accounts has they took £40 from my pip…

These will not get another penny off me..

Don’t use these trust me find another company

Update 09/24 still no contact from this outfit
Attempted to take £40 a couple of times…I have a new bank

Good service

Good service. Never had an issue. Our rep replies pretty quickly (Ben). Turn around time from appointment to fitting is around 4-6 weeks which isn’t too bad. This is the second time we’ve used them and the quality of the carpets/Lino seem good. Shame they don’t take away their rubbish anymore - carpet remnants/off cuts etc but apparently they get charged to dispose of it now. Overall happy :)

AVOID these absolute time wasters

I would rate this company a zero if it was an option! I contacted this company over a week ago and was forwarded a number for the guy who covered my area. I contacted him and it was arranged that another guy would come on Saturday last week. No one turned up, tried to contact him with no luck. Contacted the guy I had initially spoke to to be told that the guy meant to be coming had broken down on the motorway (fair enough). He also advised that one of them would contact me to rearrange for the following day, which came and went with no contact. I again contacted the first guy who said he didn’t know what was going on with his colleague and also had another 3 of his customers contact him about him not turning up, he then said he would come himself and carry out the appointment instead today (following Thursday) said he be here at 3:30pm. I contacted him at 1pm to check how he would like deposit paying and he replied so all was ready to go. Surprise surprise 3:30 came and went! At 4:20pm I messaged him to ask if he was still coming - no reply, 4:40pm I tried to ring him - no answer! Called the office to be told she would get him to ring me, explained the situation and was told the original guy was actually on holiday so had not broken down on the motorway at all (why lie!!) - anyway still no call from anyone! Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely diabolical customer service, I will now be going elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I booked time off work for the fitting and they didn't arrive after me waiting all day and making several calls to check eta. Eventually they called and said they weren't coming so I rearranged my work shift the next day, I had no bed as had to empty the bedroom for carpet fitting and had to sleep on the sofa with a bad back. Waited all day the next day and novody arrived, again I called several timesnand was told they were coming soon. After 6pm and still no arrival of carpet fitters, I called the dalesman as office closed and feared if been ripped off. Eventually the carpet fitters arrived at 9.50pm. The said they didn't want to be there so fitted the bedroom carpet quickly then said they'd return the next day to finish the job on the stairs. The next day they arrived around 5pm.They were rude, spoke about their community service work and were lying about visiting customers on the phone to the boss whilst fitting the carpets as they laughed and joked to me that they had to say these things to keep people sweet. They left 5 bags of rubbish for me to clean away, they didn't clean up their mess they didn't use new carpet grippers or doorway covers, they re-use my old ones and left screws on these plates sticking up from the ground. It's been less than 6 months since the fitting and I've had no resolution from my complaints and the carpets are already coming away the corners of the stairs. The whole experience was stressful, aggravating and disrespectful. Absolute joke of a company.
