I ordered a set of Hot Wheels for 96.00$ two weeks ago and still haven't received them. They don't communicate with me and I can't communicate with them.

The whiskey decanter I ordered where poor quality, too forever to arrive and we're miniscule. I have requested a refund they were 40 pounds for two. Not even worth 4 pounds 😡

I ordered a Jack Daniels eagle bottle on early january and received yesterday a hilarious crap shipped from Shenzhen, China!
This website is pure scam and fraud, they ought to be sued

Absolute rip off scamming company. Pay for an item and they send you something completely different. There return policy is a joke. They DO NOT give you 100% refund. Customer services take days to reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I can only repeat what everyone said. Garbage, cheaply made, empty. They add showed beautiful bottles full of whiskey. This is the first time I have ever been scammed by a Facebook merchant. They should be ashamed of what they sent. I’ve reached out to the seller, we’ll see if they respond. The post is gone from facebook.

Brought a Jack Daniel’s eagle whisky bottle from Carve Comfort for my husband for Valentine’s Day ordered it on 9.1.25 emailed them the beginning of February because I still hadn’t received it or heard anything from them, shipping was supposed to be 12 days, they emailed me and apologised saying it had been more popular than they expected and it wasn’t going to be shipped until the end of the month. Received it 1.3.25 it looks nothing like the original pictures it’s extremely cheap and tacky and made from something resembling glass it’s also empty, to be honest the original advert has gone from the website so I’m not sure if it stated it was empty but in the pictures it was full of something ?? The Jack Daniel’s on the birds chest are cheap white stickers that have not been stuck on properly.
This cost me around £30 it’s not worth £5 seriously consider your purchases from this seller it is cheap and nasty tack.

Got wrong article. I would get my money back IF i send it back with shiping costs higher as the value of that article. That is all a big lie there!

Don't buy from them I placed a order and almost a month later I still not received it and was told it wasn't even shipped yet

This company is scamming people by clearly posting AI enhanced content which is not licenced and what you actually receive is an inferior tacky product.

I bought a Lord of the Rings mug based on the pictures on the website but what you actually receive is a basic white ceramic mug with a terrible blurry print using the Lord of the Rings name with no copyright licensing stamp or any affiliation to the show.

I paid with Paypal thinking that they would offer me protection but they use a return policy which ends up costing you more to return the product therefore not making it viable. This is clearly an exploit they use and when I raised a Paypal dispute, Paypal sided with them due to me refusing to pay to return the item as per their policy so I have since begun the process of leaving PayPal also.

I would recommend everyone to stay away. They had a Facebook page called GiftsFevers which they paid Facebook to promote and have since removed it. Beware, this China based seller appears in many different guises with various domain names and Facebook pages showing amazing looking products which are just AI generated/enhanced.
They are using legitimate payment methods trying to make your feel safe while protecting themselves with a dodgy returns policy which will leave you out of pocket and stuck with a product that is unfit for a rubbish bin.
