Jamie Lowe handled our lease for my…
Jamie Lowe handled our lease for my wifes Renault 4 and it was very straightforward and all questions about the car and lease (as it was our first time using a personal lease) were handled quickly and any follow up questions were promptly answered.
Car was delivered on time with no issues and I will definetly use again, once the lease is up.
The lease price quoted was £100 less than Renault and with a higher mileage allowance, so it was a no brainer to use Carwow Leasey.

Dreadful service
Awful experience from start to finish. Ordered a car at the start of April for delivery at the end of May. Fortnightly updates were fine until closer to delivery date when it was suddenly put back a week. Then another. When I called to query this, I was then told it had been pushed back until the end of June (which I wouldn't have known for another 2 weeks if I hadn't asked) Spoke to Jamie and requested more regular updates, received nothing until I called again, only to be told it would be an extra 3 weeks. After cancelling my order due to unacceptable changes in the delivery timescale (last date was 8 weeks late and still was an estimate) I called again to confirm receipt of the cancellation, only to be asked if I would go for a different car which really felt like adding insult to injury.
Would recommend avoiding this company to avoid disappointment.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jamie Lowe was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, from my initial enquiry right through to the delivery of my Skoda Enyaq. Great experience
After taking out the lease the delivery of the car went smoothly. Very professional from the off and during the wait I was kept up to date with what was going on.
Delivery of the car in the end was 2 weeks before the estimated date. All in all a very happy customer. I will definitely be using car wow leasey again in the future.

A straightforward and simple service
A straightforward and simple service - they found me the car I wanted for a decent price and delivered it within six weeks. In that sense i couldn’t ask for more.
My one gripe is with the online portal, which is not fit for purpose. Info is incomplete and out of date. Messages between me and the Leasey team are not archived in the ‘messages’ tab. Uploading documents is difficult and reading them once uploaded is more or less impossible.
The staff seem to know this and don’t really use it, but Leasey’s good service would be even better if they sorted this one issue out.

I used Carlow Leasey as we as a couple…
I used Carlow Leasey as we as a couple have circumstances which make leasing difficult and their advertising statements claimed that with the issues present that there would be no problem getting finance for leasing
We have a current lease we have never missed a payment in 10 years of leasing affordability isn’t an issue it’s the fact that we want a joint lease where finance is paid by me driving is done by my wife
We have been married for 36 years and I have always dealt with payments for all household bills
I’m not a money launderer I don’t have a driving license but can prove my id and happily show my financial dealings finance for cars gas to done with a full driving licence so why is it I’ve had 3 previous leases without a driving licence
It is terribly frustrating and stressful as my wife needs a car as she has mobility issues

12-week delivery nightmare, massive overcharging, and zero support. Avoid.
I used Carwow Leasey for a lease on a Vauxhall Frontera Electric, and the entire experience has been an absolute disaster. It began with a miserable 12-week delivery delay. Throughout those three months, the communication was non-existent. The delivery dates were constantly pushed back with zero proactive updates, leaving me completely in the dark and forcing me to scramble to arrange alternative transport out of my own pocket.
When the vehicle finally arrived, the administration was a total mess. While my online portal clearly showed one agreed price, the actual contract came through with significant financial overcharges on both the initial upfront payment and the monthly rentals.
I flagged this billing error immediately on the 5th of June and followed up repeatedly, but my communications were completely ignored. They allowed the overcharged Direct Debit to be taken from my account anyway. I have now been forced to trigger the Direct Debit Guarantee with my bank to claw my money back and file a formal joint complaint. Shocking company to deal with from start to finish
