Easy and straightforward to order online and understood if an item was not in stock then you would wait till it was before order was sent out.
The downfall to this is my online account was never updated to show a dispatch till after I received it and CS although they updated me when I instigated an email to them they weren't very proactive in letting me know that my furniture had been dispatched or what was taking so long or giving a tracking number for the courier they gave mine to. so I feel let down in this way.
furniture was lovely and strong but I was a little let down by CS and the courier firm who took ages to deliver. This could be better handled.

Lovely TV stand very well made prompt delivery. Such nice mango wood and the fact it isn't yet another flat pack to make up is brilliant! It looks really classy in my living room. Would not hesitate to order from here again!

Furniture arrived with easy delivery was surprised of the manufacture of the chest of draws as purchased on line and is difficult to see standard of product. A lot of choice but some products have a long delivery time due to supply would use again

Brilliant service from start to finish. Lovely people in the showrooms, very helpful and never pushy. The quality of the furniture is excellent, so much better than the large national furniture stores. Well worth a visit to the showroom to see for yourself. Delivery was just as good, everything was well packed and delivered on time by two very polite delivery drivers. Highly recommended.

The ordering of the furniture and delivery was exactly as specified on the website.
The delivery date ,time and the communication of the furniture was excellent .
The actual day of the delivery was good and the two men who came to my home placed the furniture where I requested.The men were very professional and polite to me.

My 21 year old son was adamant he wanted a mango bed from Casa Bella, I wasn't sure at first, wood is wood, right?
However when the bed arrived in one of their own vehicles, it was clear this was one of those companies who take their products seriously.
We unwrapped it and the smell of the wood was amazing, the colours were lovely as all mango wood is different, we were pleased with ours.
The construction was solid - even the slats were all held together with a thick canvas and assembled on this same held-together rail.
The bed was easy to build and looks lovely in his room. He's now after one of their wardrobes to match.

Excellent customer service. I had to cancel my order as I no longer needed the item I was buying. The staff were very understanding and refunded me immediately. I will definitely shop with them again as they have great customer care and their furniture looks beautiful.
