I am extremely disappointed with the recovery practices of the CASHe loan app. I took a loan and have already paid the majority of the amount. Due to genuine health and financial issues, a few EMIs are pending, and I have been communicating with them honestly about my situation.

Instead of understanding or offering a reasonable settlement, their recovery agents have started harassing me by continuously calling from multiple numbers, sending WhatsApp messages, and using abusive language.

What is even more unacceptable is that they are calling my personal and professional contacts without my permission, sharing my details, and creating unnecessary embarrassment and public shaming. Some colleagues from my workplace who have no connection with my loan are also being harassed.

This kind of recovery behavior is unethical, unprofessional, and mentally disturbing. Financial difficulties can happen to anyone, but harassment and public humiliation are not the solution.

I hope the company reviews its recovery practices and treats customers with basic respect and dignity.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from CASHe. My experience has been nothing short of harassment. Despite being in touch about repayment, their recovery agents repeatedly called and messaged not just me, but also my colleagues and office contacts.an unacceptable invasion of privacy.

They use intimidation tactics, disregard professional boundaries, and show zero respect for customers. There are many ethical lending platforms out there. please think twice before taking a loan from CASHe if you value your peace of mind and privacy.

This is the most third-class and fraudulent company. Never take a loan from them.
If by chance you're late in paying your EMI, they misuse all your personal data like your contact list and start calling your contacts to demand payment.
Not only that, they even use abusive language while talking. I don’t think this is the right way to run a finance company—RBI should reject their license.
This company should be shut down as soon as possible.
If anyone is even thinking about taking a loan from this finance company, please don’t. This is my personal request.

Fraud company, Once you give e nach. They charge you money even after your loan is completed. owner of CASHe is the main fraud guy doing fraud. They charge flat interest per month, even if you pay early, they will take interest amount of whole year.Manager Pooja / Akshay told us that we have nothing to do with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and call them every day.

I have taken a loan of 30k, and I paid 3 installments without delay and i closed my pending loan of 15k plus before the EMI date to take higher approved amount.
Everything got smooth and successfully applied. Immediately says under processing. From last 6 days it says same. No customer care number is going through. No response on mails, No one is bothered to respond to customer queries. When people are in need they will apply for loan. Since it says instant loan app. But taking so long to process is waste of both the parties.

After getting all clearance, now they are saying there is a technical glitch at the time of e-sign. I doubt they are collecting the customers data and selling it. I really concerned about it.

I don’t know what kind of service is this or we shall service name seriously even after waiting 8 days you people canceled the loan mentioning that their was issues with the distributions. If there such kind issues then why it was informed us to wait so long team Cashe understand one thing here we are apply because we have requirements if not I one will apply and you people gonna have the same behaviour I am sure that this is not gonna workout one more now should I wait again with the same process from the first and your people call this has instant loan app and advertising it first fix your issue then you can advertise in a better way.

I would have given zero star if it’s there !.
First of all this CASHe use to be good and easy to go with.
But lately and now I can say this is the worst app available online for a person in need of money.
Interest rates are too high
Loan process takes ages
Harasses you if a slight delay in payment
None will respond to calls or email.
And what else customers expect it will be complete opposite.
If you are about to dying situation also I suggest you to not apply here.
People who give good ratings above a 1 star may be a consultancy getting paid for good reviews. ( so avoid believing )

I have call recording regarding my loan disbursement by today evening for sure, I have asked again and again and the agent has said yes all problems are resolved and am going to receive the amount by today (11/4/2024) evening in my account.
But why then a mail has come that it will take more time for loan to be disbursed as there is a High volume of transactions going on??

This is the 3rd time I applied for a loan, worst horrible service. Stop scamming. First two times disbursal got declined due to some year end issues from your side, now again delay in disbursal due to high volume of transactions, just stop playing. This time am very serious about things, live upto your commitment of payment by today evening. Stop harassing me.

Worst service. Today it is more than 60 days of loan approval and I still did not get any money. Multiple calls, requests, mails, nothing helped. It’s a trap. Do not fall for it.

I just want to say that this is an excellent and well-structured ago. I received the funds swiftly. Worst customer support! Applied for loan but I couldn’t complete my e mandate due to their worse app and I have not got any amount of loan. However, Cashe still has the guts to send email of emi to pay for first instalment.

1 of my payments went just 1 day overdue and they started calling me like anything. Back to back calls, messages over whatsapp and everything they could do. They were very rude over the call and the chat. When I asked the associate their name, she denied to reveal the name too. They are very unprofessional.

For the 1st time I have experienced such a rude rude behavior from a loan company.

Never ever go with CashE. There are many many other companies who provide better rates and professional services.

Pathetic people with no professionalism. I have my nach active in every 18th of the month and it never gets auto debit and next day people call for payment giving reasons of server down since 3 months and take payment. I paid on 19th November send them the screenshot twice still these people calls and ask the same things again. Just now i spoke to girl named Tabassum and she was in return using appropriate sentences and was rude. I would suggest that do not get this kind of loan with unprofessional people and once my loan is completed will never think of taking a loan from them i also recommend others the same too.
